Very spacious room with balcony. Lot of various furniture which allow you to feel really comfortably. Large, warm bathroom. Location at the centre of the city.

Room was spacious, comfy and clean. Fully equipped with all the necessity. Fast response from the property whenever I have any question. Check in and out was easy and smooth. The disadvantage was the steep stairs in order to get to room, especially with heavy big luggages.

Reception is not 24/7 - however, they clearly described how to get the key and enter the property. The common dining room is quite small, not enough tables for breakfast.

Good apartment with a kitchen. Close to city center, port and RW station. Good breakfast. Clean. Friendly staff.

Loud pipes at night. Toilet/shower would need some facelift. Narrow staircase.

Central location. Friendly staff. Big and quite cheap 24h parking place at 5-10 minutes walk distance.

Neither reception phone number was answered when I called and having to telephone reception for access is not really acceptable. Weak wifi. There was no signal in my room. I had to sit on a window ledge on the staircase to use the wifi. And the password on the room invoice was incorrect. The handbasin soap ran out and was not refilled; in fact my room was not cleaned at all during my stay. The water pipes twice began hammering in the middle of the night. The breakfast was not ready at 8.00am on the second morning. The breakfast person arrived with the bread rolls at 8.00am and guests had to wait in the street for the breakfast room door to be opened. And 8.00am for breakfast is a late start anyway. The coffee was cold. Pension Apostel did not impress as being a professionally run operation.

Close to all attractions; but then this would be true of any accommodation in Wismar as the place is very compact

-There was no reception. U should call them. Having no local phone number I asked a stranger to borrow the phone. They should leave at least one person at the property. This in unacceptable. - the bathroom

The girl working at the reception is not enough trained for this job. Her English is bad. No kitchen because it is not a hostel but a hotel or pension.

Big room. Great bathroom. Clean, quiet. Thank you!

As the property is located in the old town, please remember to park your car in the closest parking which is outside of the no parking zone. Please note that as this is an old building, the walls are thin and that neighbours can hear you! Don't expect a fancy breakfast - it is fine, but rather plain for German standards.

The pension is centrally located, a walking distance from the main attractions of Wismar. The apartment was quite spacious and functional.

The pension is wonderfully located, but there isn't any reception. To check in and check out you have to go to a different hotel at 15 minutes by foot outside of the historical center. No Wi-Fi No reception, and nobody ever answers the phone. The bed was uncomfortable and the bed sheets were made out of a cheap synthetic fabric. The most unprofessional thing was the lady at the reception of the other hotel while we were telling her that it is not normal having reception and restaurant 15 minute far away from where you sleep. Anyhow I can be fine with everything, but it upsets me if the reality doesn't correspond to the description.

The breakfast was excellent, the problem was that it took place in a different hotel at 15 min by foot from the pension. It wasn't a one time difficulty they had, they do it on a regular basis.

Einchecken, Ankommen, Aufenthalt, alles verlief perfekt.
