Some of the furnishings ans amenities are a little frayed and need attention.

The apartment location. It is close to the centre of Munich and the city's underground system. The district is vibrant with many restaurants and shops.

No washing powder for washing machine, but that is a very minor complaint.

Location very good. Short walk to public transport. Shops and restaurants nearby. Got lucky and managed to park right in front of building. Short drive to everywhere we wanted to visit (Olympic area, Allianz arena, go kart etc). Quite central location. Host always responded quickly to emails, when sent to the right email address.

Room in 4th floor, no lift, basic equipment, not realy inexpensive.

Was expecting a double bed but 2 singles together was ok Pillows not very comfortable but overall we had a great stay here and would comeback again even in winter,,

There is a construction going on right next door. The workers arrive at 6:30 and chat under the windows and start working at 6:45 making unbelievable noise. One can hear everything at it is completely impossible to sleep past that time. There is no air conditioning and the ventilation does kit exist or is ineffective so we had to open the windows to be able to sleep and this makes noise a huge issue.

Good location with easy access to public transport makes it a great base from which to see the city

Very nice and clean room, spacious and with a private sink. Shared bathroom and shower were clean. Quiet neighbourhood with nice cafés nearby, around 20-25 min walk to the main train station.

Would have liked enough seats in the kitchen, 3 persons 2 chairs so moved the balcony chairs in out when required

Great location excellent communication re directions from airport via S line/U lines and obtaining key via key safe. Clean and comfortable. Good balcony for 3 people . Local area great, cheap beer lovely people easy access to main towns

The stairs up to the fourth floor are not stable and very loud. I stayed four nights, the towels were not changed for once.

Great Location in Munich - U Bahn 5 Minute walk away- bakery, grocery store restaurants all within 5-10 minute walk. Very helpful before our stay information. As it is an Apartment & not a hotel we felt more at home. Always an email or message away from our host should we need anything. Would come again with our next overnight visit to Munich & ofcourse gladly recommend it further for other travelers & friends.

The downside of the local life was that it is a bit noisy during opening hours.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was brilliant. The apartment provided, admittedly an upgrade, had spacious, comfortable bedrooms and enough other space to deal with breakfast and such.. The immediately local area proved to have more facilities, restaurants, bakers and a small supermarket, than we expected. The Vietnamese directly opposite proved welcoming and good.

the receptionist was very bad. it wasn't even around. You cannot enter before 14:00. They need to facilitate key service. That's why I regretted not going again.

Lovely area close to metro station, supermarkets and some bakeries. Excellent base for 5 days in Munich with the family.
