The beds were not made up, and as I arrived super late and someone was asleep I wasn't able to put the sheets on the bed. The room I was in only had 2 other women staying in it, however a woman (approximately 50-60years old) told me she was in a room with a lot of young men and didn't feel safe. This was the opposite of my experience here, and I said she should request to move to our room. I don't know whether she did or not.

Staff were friendly. Spoke perfect English. Spacious and I felt secure staying here.

There wasn't breakfast. No hairdryer. They dont clean my room for three days, don't change towels. Some people who stayed there in hostel rooms was very specific...

A bit small, shared bathroom had problems as in people would lock it for long periods of time.

Location VERY close to the S-Bahn, getting anywhere was insanely easy. Cute shops etc nearby. The staff is amazingly nice and kind! I also loved being able to have my own meals etc at the reception, it was lovely to go downstairs and being able to buy frozen food etc and use their amenities. Not luxury obviously but it was an amazing deal for the money. I also love the look of the hotel!

Good location to explore the whole of Berlin, located directly at S-Bahn. Showers and toilets cleaned daily. Friendly staff. Has everything you need.

It's not a modern place, so expect a bare minimum.

Affordable overnight stay in Berlin. Decent value for money. The room had a normal private bathroom, which is a plus.

Staff were great, very good for making you feel welcome and included. It is a very inclusive and friendly hostel. I extended my stay.

I stayed on floor 4 and it was very long stairs up there…. Kitchen as such didn’t exist, it was possible to heat things up and make hot drinks.

Right next to S-bahn! Beer available 2.50 24/7! Many interesting sites close by! Deutsche Oper 15 minutes walk!

Stayed in Dormitory. The bathrooms were very far away. The breakfast option was not clear about payment first. The bed was very squeaky. The Lobby can be made better it is very basic.

We were not given the proper instructions to get to Prater Beer Garden by one of the staff members, and so we spent time & energy trying to find our way there, which we did in time for our appointment with a friend.

The location was quite handy to the railway station, shops, restaurants etc, & it didn't take long to travel into the Berlin CBD. Breakfast was available at a reasonable cost.

I had one main problem which was the smell of the room. Although it wasn't particularly dirty, the smell was very unpleasant. I think it was the carpet, which may have been wet then unventilated. Other than this, it is a hostel so your standards should be set based on that. It has the basic furniture but not the best.

It was quiet, very well located to the city and transportation. Staff were nice. The common areas are lively and suitable for different activities.

A school group was staying on the same floor and their noise echoed quite loudly. In fairness, the hostel does have posters up asking people to keep the noise down.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They checked me in early and printed a document for me at no extra charge. The room was comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. There was a train station right outside the building as well.

The lockers were tall and thin, not wide enough to fit suitcase/backpack so I had to leave that out. But they did the job in storing valuables. Although the facilities were clean, there was only one toilet and two showers on my floor. Free WiFi but connection only good in the downstairs public area. Not sure how often the dorms are cleaned thoroughly as I found some rubbish on the floor down the side of the bunk.

Good location as it's close to the the station. Dorm was big, lots of space. Lockers, clean linen, free choice of bed. Clean toilets and showers. Good facilities in public area for food/drink. Good value for money, safe and warm.

Interior design and not very stable bunk bed

This is a hostel - don't expect a hotel standard. It is clean, 4 persons room quite large. 2mins walk to the metro station. Nice staff. Clean
