no staff on the place , you need to call ... quite difficult to communicate by phone in english. TV with subtitle option would be nice for people who don't speak german at all.

bed comfortable, little kitchen which is nice , clean bathroom, good location. Some restaurants nearby. Very calm neighborhood .

The unclear pricing of the accommodation, the disgusting decor, the very early check out time and the owners manner with guests.

    The beds were reasonably comfortable

    1. Payment only in Cash. 2. No Reception. So, you need to call the owner, arrange and take the keys. Could lead to wait time and no one to help in case of issues or inquiries. 3. Free Parking is available nearby but its not easy to find. Its in a residential area so most of the free spots are taken all the time. 4. Free Wifi is available but its too slow for this day and age.

Size of the room is good.

    No complaints. Everything was superb.

The place is in a very chill neighbourhood that has very good connections with the city center with the U-bahn being in the vicinity. The rooms are well furnished and quite modern as well. There is also free Wi-Fi. This is the right place for basically anybody. The neighours are really friendly too.

When I first arrived, I was told I needed to pay in cash- which was definitely not listed on the website. The room was filthy and the appliances i.e. my refrigerator were all broken. There was no air conditioning so the room was freezing. Not satisfied

    good location

Nice position opposite park, 10 minute walk to the station and underground so very easy to get around. Had a lovely stay here, equipped with everything I needed and excellent wifi.

To much yellow and red in the furniture and walls, but hey, if that's it!

We had room 6 and it feels like your own appartment. Lots of space. Also a space where you can keep your bikes safe.

Only very minor complaints: shower door was broken so water got all over the floor, only one small dish towel was provided.

Good location - a manageable walk to the nearest U-bahn station, and only a few U-bahn stops to Alexanderplatz (under 10 minutes).

I was charged with a 20 euros fee, appart from the price written in booking, because it was written so, in the fine print. Furthermore, there was no reception there, even if I went on the time that it was supposed to be working and I had to call them 3 times and wait one and a half hours outside.

Location was fair, although a bit noisy and the room was pretty big, but not so sunny.

Wi-fi is only available via a hot spot. Cards were provided for free as soon as we asked for them, so there was no problem but it would be so much nicer to just have normal wifi access. Seems odd in a hip place in 2015.

A nice place, decorated in an interesting and stylish way. Great location. A good price for the height of the season. Friendly staff.
