If you are a poor sleeper, the occasional noise from the hallway will wake you up, as will the ventilation of the toilet. But it's nothing that can't be solved with plugs. I would really appreciate it if there was a kettle in the room, but I understand the reasons why the hotel didn't put one in :) I would also consider putting a squeegee in the bathroom. There was a bit of water leaking under the shower door (which just happens with this type), but we didn't have much to conserve water (and you didn't want to do that with white towels, lest you possibly ruin them)

The accommodation is located really close to the metro (you just need to buy the basic M). There are 2 shops a short walk from the accommodation and another one close to the metro. The area around the hotel is also very nice, it's such a quiet neighborhood where you can easily get to by car, but the metro is in the center in 15 minutes . We will choose this hotel again on our next trip to Munich. The restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel is also great.

I like the prize and the rooom is new and comfy. Not too far from the city center very close to the underground so is easy reach the center.

8Eur for parking, it should be less.

the staff is very co-operative and helpful. the location is perfect and next to supermarket (Aldi & Edeka), there are multiple bakeries for breakfast. I guess 1 km away from public transport (U or S Bahn, I don't remember). Awesome!!!

Room size. The fact that you always need to book breakfast from the previous evening was limiting our schedule and we decided not to go with it. If it were more flexible we would have tried it.

Room was clean. A bit small for 2 adults and a 3y-old child, but nothing out of the expected. The bathroom was clean and everything was working just fine. Overall we were happy with the room.

Very good value when compared to other hotels in the area. Well connected to the city and train station by underground, which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Conveniently located next to a baker, a butcher and two supermarkets.

Quiet small hotel in a good location

The price was a little bit high for what the facility offers but keeping in mind that the period of stay is quite busy for the city ( middle of October fest ) I consider a fair one.

The neighbourhood is very quiet. The tram stations are very near and you can easily reach the center of the city. The room was as description and the staff was quite helpful

Matress and pillow too soft. Additional pillows would be nice. Rooms are smaller than average, but that wasn’t a big issue.

Location is good, few minutes walk to the U-bahn and S-bahn station. Easy to access city center as well as airport. Room clean, and nice Italian restaurant in the same building as the hotel.

No wifi for 4 nights. There was no connection and the hotel says they have no influence on the internet.

The hotel asks you your credit card information before you check-in just so that they can charge you if you consume anything, which is totally fine. The thing is that we've had a problem with an improper billing regarding the breakfast and, as soon as I asked for a refund, I saw how easy the hotel clerk could charge and refund things in their system, posing as a possible vulnerability for improper charging. Furthermore, approximately 10 day after I left the hotel, they charged and refunded me the same amount that i payed for the reservation, showing how insecure their system is. I even sent an email asking them to delete my sensitive data, but they didn't answer to it. I think it is something that they need to work out, considering how strict are the laws about sensitive data in Germany

The hotel was good, the infrastructure is really nice. The breakfast which at first wasn't included in our reservation was good. The staff was really helpful, although there was a language barrier since they don't speak english very well. There's an italian restaurant below the hotel that have some wonderful food.

Expensive parking, could be really reduced at that place especially

Nice and Clean room, the hotel is very near to the U Bahn. However, not too many restaurants in the neighbourhood, or not good ones. Parking is expensive, with Tiefgarage, but that's normal for Munich. Very good and sumptuous breakfast, for a fee.

It is not close to the city center and the ventilation in the bathroom was automatic and we couldn’t turn it off at night which was a little noisy.
