The rooms appear a bit 'sterile', but who complains given the large rooms, perfect location, quite reasonable price

Not enough food for breakfast; in fact, from 9 am it is not possible to find any food, especially bread!

Private parking was good. The restaurants' tables were nice looking and the staffs were friendly.

The only thing was that the churchbells was ringing during the night so keep the windows closed. We can´t blame the hotel for this.

Very nice hotel close to Altstadt. Easy to park with lot of parking space. Breakfast had everything we wanted. Serviceminded staff in the reception that made us feel welcomed. Spacious room with comfortable bed.

Not enough parking for all hotel guests. Parking not good for bigger cars like minivans. Staff not very service minded.

Suggest people with limited mobility inform the Hotel as our room needed 2 lifts. We were fine.

Wonderful family run Hotel. Very large room, extremely comfortable. Good location in the city centre, plenty of eateries nearby. Great breakfast spread.

They didn't let us stay in one double room with our baby sleeping in the middle. So they forced us to change the room with a family room, which had 2 sigle beds, a double bed and crib (which we didn't use) and of course we had to pay more compared to the double room.

The breakfast is amazing! A lot of choices available! The location is also great. Very close to everything

Be aware that not all rooms have lift access! The hotel seems to be in two buildings, joined at the 4th floor. Most rooms are in the "main" part of the building and they have lift access, but there are some rooms on the 5th & 6th floors of the "secondary" building, where you need to use stairs. This was no problem for me, but, if you cannot manage stairs, make sure you request a room with lift access.

Very large, comfortable room, with a great view over the old town, if you get a room at the front. Despite the street below, there was no traffic noise with closed windows. Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the station and right next to the bus station. It is right on the edge of the old baroque town, and 5 minutes to the cathedral and you pass the Bishop's Palace on the way.

Double bed is split in two matresses. No fridge in the room. Bathroom door takes too much room and causes that you cant put the little carpet/towel in front of the shower

THE VERY BEST breakfast since a long time, - offered exceptionally even from 0530 hrs on because of the walking event we were participating in. Large shower. Quiet room because of the window to the backyard. Great personnel, very friendly competent and helpful!

We stayed with the family (4 children, one of them a baby) in a family room. Enough space. Good beds. The central location is nice but a bit noisy. Of course not the fault of the hotel. Great breakfast. They should update the website. It is a nice hotel but the website shows you only a few pictures.

The location across from the bus station is a disadvantage. The busses run often, but it all night. We were there during the week and on the weekend, our room was on the front. It was very noisy on the weekend so we could not keep the windows open at night to sleep.

The hotel is located close to the Fulda Cathedral and the city-center. You can walk to the train station in less that 10 minutes. It's located across from a bus station as well.

The hotel expended a bit through the years, so you will need to walk from one part to another part to reach your room. But for both sides there is a elevator.

The location was perfect, not far from the city center and for the sightseeing people just perfect. Our special request for a romantic room was also fulfilled and had a awesome room for the night. Breakfast was perfect and for each taste something available. The hotel isn't a luxury hotel, but for that price just perfect and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
