Quiet and excellent location

Some things were missing in the hotel room like Dryer, iron, and ironing board. So, you have to go to the reception and ask for them. Also, there are no coffee/tea facilities in the room and sometimes the paid option at the reception does not work. One of the main lights was broken.

I did not like the fact that there was renovation work in the room (102) and it was dusty inside with visible cables on the wall. This was not written in the info when I booked, neither I was consequently informed about it. We were offered a compensation -one day free parking, but after I had already paid and it course I got nothing in return. I did not insist second time. Another thing did not like was that we had to ask 3 times for extra pillows before we got them. The hygiene as a whole was not satisfying. The breakfast buffet is really economical. I guess everyone could find something to eat, but if you're gonna spend 10-12€ for it, better go to a bakery and you will have way better quality food for the same money.

The location of the hotel is very good.Only 5 stops with the metro line 8 from Alexanderplatz. The metro stop in right 👍 in front of the hotel door. It was very warm in the whole building, which is everywhere important during the colder seasons. Availability of an own parking lot is a great advantage for those who travel with a car The staff was very friendly, not top professional, but satisfying for 3 star hotel.

My colleague git sick in Berlin therefore she needed a hot tea or at keast hot water. Ut was not possible to get hit water at the hotel. They just sell a cup of tea for 1,9 eur. Crazy. Not nice at all, no help for a guest. And the breakdast was very poor.

The "double bed" was two single beds smooshed together, so there was a gap in the middle.

It wasn't the cleanest we have ever seen, but it was okay, when we asked for toilet papers they helped us immediately. It was said that there is no prepayment needed, however we had to pay a deposit a couple of days before arrival and we thought we would only have to pay the deposit on the arrival day, so there was a little bit of miscommunication there. We could only pay with a Visa card even though on booking.com it is said that you have many card options to use to pay. It was only our luck that we had a Visa card.

Very good location, close to metro, restaurants, bars etc. Has a lift and a 0-24 security. Got back the deposit very quickly, one day after departure.

The room was really small and not convenient to move around for two people, the shower drain kept clogging and the shower head was wonky. There was no AC and it was quite hot during our stay, so at least a portable fan could have been nice

The location is great and the hotel has a nice back yard, the bed was quite comfortable.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable, there were issues with the taps in the bathroom, kitchenette, and the dishwasher which persisted a few days into the stay. I got a deal for a decent discount on the hotel room so it was fine value but if we had paid full price it would have been more disappointing.

The hotel staff were really helpful, there was plenty of transport close by.

The room was really really small, wouldn’t recommend it in case you need to stay more than one night , there was no space even to open our bag. Also the cleaning wasn’t the best, the floor was really dirty and seems like it never been washed properly, while bathroom wasn’t the cleanest but okey.

Stuff was nice and let us leave the bags in the hotel while we were some hours before our flight.

Clean rooms, walk up to the floor was a little surprising but manageable. Staff was nice, This was a quick stay, we didnt even use the showers so not much info. No air conditioning but a fan in the room to use.

Beds are not comfortable, they are noisy and bed sheets are not quite fresh (blanket itself).

We were up-charged highly for adding another guest to our room. They would only accept cash. The nightlife outside was loud, but expected.

Rooms lacked AC or at least proper window blinds/roller shutters, so it was very hot in the room and the sunlight would wake us up early every morning

the facility is a bit old, the room didn’t have AC and the street is very noisy, hence sleeping was not easy. bed are not very comfortable.

For over 100 eur/night I would expect more. The room wasn't very clean. Mold in the shower. No plugs and lamp by the bed. Matress was probably for WW2.

The location is great and close to Ubahn. Many restaurants, cafes and spatis very close.

It was a cheap hotel in an old house, well renovated and modernized indoors, with very clean room, no carpets, no refrigerator, but the floor was dark brown and when the sun was shining on it, I could have vacuumed it better. The shower, the toilets, everything else was splendidly clean! We were happily using it and we thought about coming back for tourism reasons and use it in the lively, unboring Kreutzsberg!
