It would be great to have soya, coconut milks on offer and more vegan options.

This was our fifth visit to Prizeotel Bremen and we hadn't even left before making plans for our return! We simply would not consider staying anywhere else in the city as the Prizeotel cannot be beaten for location, value for money and the friendliness of the staff. It is truly our 'home from home' when visiting Bremen, and far exceeds the quality, comfort and class of customer service you would expect for a two-star hotel. Everything from the 'rainforest' shower, to the large comfy bed to the clever storage options are absolutely ideal - and so super-stylish too! We would especially like to thank the manager, Andrea, who made our visit special in every way. She is a credit to the organisation.

8.15 in the morning is a bit early to send the cleaning crew, who then keep ringing every 15 minutes (yes partially my fault for not putting up the sign, I had a fever and was a bit out of it, but even when I did they rang one more time). Also do not really think they should move so much stuff and if they do they should do it more carefully: if I have shift hanging on the back of a chair do not toss it on the chair to get crumpled; if you must close my suitcase take care also not to just plop everything in without care. Location is as I say above good for some things. It is close to other things, but at the same time not next to anything. They should consider opening a restaurant on site given the lack of nearby options (aside from at the train station).

I do not want to be overly critical. It is a fine place. If you have an event at the Messe or Fairground you can certainly stay here. Despite the "artsy" decor does have a business hotel feel to it. It is new and clean, beds are comfy, showers work well. Front staff was super friendly expect for a couple of them, but everybody has off days.

The breakfast buffet was a bit to expensive.

The hotel had the Gluten-free bread for breakfast. It seems, they make their own gluten-free bread and bake them in the oven. The bread can be obtained by request. Walking distance to the main train station of the Bremen.

Apart form the terrible and pointless pillows our biggest beef was the lack of sock and that when booking, the site allowed us to book this tiny space for two adults and a child up to 12 years old. When I complained to booking.com, I was pointed to the "fine print" which can be found. Right at the bottom of the booking page, that the room does not have enough space for a spare bed and that the child would have to share the queen size bed with the two adults. When I looked through the reviews, I noticed a few other parents having fallen into the same trap. We had booked for three nights but after our 9yo daughter had to sleep in the hallway on the floor just behind the entrance door and in front of the bathroom door we decided to move to another location. Good decision!

Perfect for a Single Business Traveller on a budget. Clean hotel, friendly staff. Near station.

There was a box for the keycard by the room door, when you took your keycard out, the whole room would go dark. Probably could have been resolved by asking for more keycards ;) Our view wasn't the best with a look upon the parking lot of the Arena, but staying one night this was not a matter.

Travelling with train the location was ideal: near both the old town and the train station. We loved the design of the hotel: much white but with nice colourful details. Everything was very clean and the shower was great. We had a very good sleep thanks to good beds and well functioning air-conditioning. Breakfast was nice. Easy to check in and out and they also took good care of our luggage after check out.

    All was good.

The rooms were big enough and very clean. Very modern, comfortable beds. It is on the other side of the train station and you have to go through the train station to get to it which is the only downfall. It's basically on the other side of the nicest part of Bremen which is down by the river and the Snoor area. Bremen is small so not a massive deal and only takes 20 minutes to walk there. The hotel is great and so are the staff, amazing value for what you get. Some locals were a bit rude but only a few as compared to southern Germany where they were much friendlier. All in all a nice hotel and a good long weekend break.

If you are traveling with a small child it is a good idea to have a travel cot with you. There are no extra beds provided so you'll end up sleeping all together :) It didn't bother us, though, as the bed was quite big for all three of us.

If I had any small gripes about the hotel it would be that the walls were a little thin, and there was some street noise, however, it was nothing that couldn't be solved with decent earplugs. The hotel should also consider replacing the pillows as they really are inadequately thin.

Located not far from the highway with ample parking behind, Prizeotel Bremen was a very nice surprise. The neighbourhood is on the outskirts of Bremen near the Arena, but an easy 20 minute walk into the centre. Really funky modern and bright interior, lovey good sized spotlessly clean room, nicely designed to make the best of the space, it provided a compact space to put our luggage, a few hangers for clothes, a small writing desk, good sized flat screen television, free wifi, and a nice comfortable bed. Bathroom was similarly clean and well appointed, with a nice big shower that provided excellent water pressure. Check in was quick and efficient, and the very professional English speaking staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay..
