Room in the basement is not recommendable and completely overpriced for being next to storage and kitchen

Was emailed the day before offering me early check in at cost, when I arrived was told not an option as too many people had been given late check outs that day and to come back at 3pm. At 3pm was told had to continue to wait despite two or three other people arriving and being checked in no problem. Was then told about forty mins later my room is ready but won't have any towels till later in the afternoon. Eventually got them but just felt very disorganised. Have to say though the staff member was very pleasant and helpful.

The room was very modern, comfortable and had everything you'd want including coffee machine, mini fridge, hair dryer, sofa table and chairs etc.

We nearly got blown up by the socket my boyfriend got an electric shock and they wouldn’t change rooms for us told us to just lot use it

The price didn't correspond with the quality (it was during ITB but still), small room, no chair by the desk in the room (there was simply no space for a chair) so it was difficult to work, shower was leaking - there was a lot of water on the floor.

Location is good, close to the subway. Breakfast was ok. Bed was comfortable.

The TV in our room didn´t work and we told it to the receptionist. She coludn´t do anything about it to next day but the next day nothing happend. So we went down again to complain about the TV and it turned out that they had known, for a long time, that the TV din´t function (that is - before we arrived) but they thought that we wouldn´t notice it. On the 3. day we complained again and was moved to another room with a functioning TV. Not a god service!

We liked the area and we had only 5 minutes walk to KuDam

Very noisy neighbours next door in room 106 they were smoking pot drugs and playing music and shouting in the room after coming in early morning from nightclubs at 5 am it went on for 2 nights and was reported to reception but they allowed them to stay the second night regardless apparently we were not the only guests complaining about them. I also in advance requested a room on a high level floor and we were allocated 1st floor.

The room was nice and the location of the hotel.

We were told at the time of booking about having to request cleaning service. We got to the room, only one espresso cup and one mug for hot drinks, when there are two staying. No towels. Went downstairs to get towels and was told the machine is broken and then two towels appeared. The hot and cold controls mislabeled In the shower and took ages to get hot. When we requested cleaning they towel saga happened again and had to request new towels and the mug and cup were not taken away for cleaning.

Had to ask for clean towels and only got 2 for 2 people, no hand towels, no mat to stand on outside shower, light didn't work, kettle didn't work and only one plug socket worked. Aslo had to ask for toilet roll twice before we got it. We didn't realise that this hotel was in the heart off thee malee gay district and that meant that some off the local bars wouldn't let the female in.

Room was spotless. Hotel was clean throughout.

It was a small room and there was no good isolation from noise and something weird was the TV didn't have remote control and when we asked for one in the reception, the receptionist didn't have any idea where they were.

Good location, enough basic amenities in the room, hot water and good heating, good enough if you go to just sleep.

This was a design hotel 15 years ago, it's not been updated in a long time. It was also looking a bit tired, broken headboard, the Aircon was very weak, no blackout blinds, light bulb was not working, and there was no minibar( in the first room).

Great location, the first room aircon didn't work so they moved me to a bigger room 209( the next day). The staff were nice and the rooms had high ceilings and were comfortable overall. Rooms at the back of the hotel were cooler, friends with bigger room at the front was too hot.

When I arrived late at night, I ask for a Coke in the Reception/Bar, but the receptionist could not find one to sell! The curtain (rolling) to make the room dark at night was not working, then I jump on the heating and fixed it to be able to make the room dark in the morning. They could have done that themselves. The water comes under the shower door, so the small bathroom get all wet after shower. They are far from being a Boutique Hotel, as they call themselves!

Very well located in the center for the "Rainbow Area" of Berlin. Very close to all main gay bars, cafés, restaurants and shops. The room was too small, not comfortable. Wonderful bed sheets. I did not booked breakfast. All the staff completely unaware of the area and/ gay events in the near future (Folsom Europe next September, for example).

Breakfast wasn't really a top notch. Clearly some eastern europe origin lady at the counter was far from being customer service oriented.

Oriental Ladies of the staff and at the counter were really friendly and helpful. Very good customer service out of them.

The breakfast is poor, there were scratched shelves in the closet, the refrigerator does not cool well.

Clean room, public transport nearby. The room is ventilated, you can open a window, there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

The drainage in the shower is a problem.It's slow and overflowing this wet bathroom. The room is too hot.I tried to adjust the temperature but the controls were either faulty or not reading well my demands. There were no blinds for the Velux windows and i get bright light already into the room early in the morning,disrupting my sleep. Designs are not always practical for comfort !!

The room is quiet and considered attractive.Location is great.

Lots of minor problems that make a bad impression - heating was malfunctioning, i could only reach 20 degrees celsius. they said a technician would look into it did not - no shades in one window. it was broken and removed. no privacy at all - i did not book with breakfast. i askd to eat breakfast. they would not let me before i pay. as if i were not to pay them. - as usual i check under the bed and sofa for missing items before leaving. not ever cleaned under there

There were a lot of technical problems. The electronic lock broke twice and I could not get into the room. The Nespresso machine was broken and then replaced. Curtain fastening was broken. There was no water flowing down the drain in the shower. The breakfast at the hotel is very poor.

Nice spacious room, comfortable bed, nespresso machines in the room, quality cosmetics in the bathroom.
