Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Hotel is huge and we really enjoyed our stay. We got a room on the first floor with a view not to our taste but that’s ok. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfy to start with. Breakfast was good Lots of good places nearby to visit

DenmarkWe paid for extra large double bed in Bookings and 27 sq m room but when we arrived we were given two single beds and much smaller room. After complain on the reception and a small conversation the problem was fixed. I don’t like that they don’t look if you have paid everything when you are checking out before leaving as this causes me discomfort and stress. I think the place would greatly benefit of electric car chargers. They have plenty of space in the parking garage.
Option to park for a der with huge parking lot. Nice breakfast, clean rooms, good location

GermanyRoom service should be also available before Xmas not only after, but anyway, we are grown up and can carry food to the 3rd floor. Reception personel was more friendly before Xmas as well, but we were anyway happy to come back after Xmas and enjoy great breakfast and SPA facilities.
Large comfortable suite with separate bathroom with shower and bath and additional WC, in case you need some peace of mind ;) Mega large bed and perfect view to the city and vineyard! Nice wine and food. Good service and clean facilities. Park within hotel area, so you can go for a quick run with your dog.

The underground car park was useful as the weather was a bit bad . The room was really good : quiet clean and spacious. Breakfast was good , with the staff being very pleasant. The location was good for me ,, being in a residential area with a hire car - I would definitely go again .

Great place, really liked the spa center. Rooms are conveniently located, especially if you need two rooms side by side. Good varied breakfast. There is a parking lot.

GermanyWhen we got there I realized that a bathroom cabinet that was hanging off and I fixed it but the cabinet door or the door to the closet was broken and that I could not fix it, so I let the reception know, but there're a lot of problems in the houses that they should look at, the wood in the bathrooms should all be redone and the houses should be newly repainted.
The staff was wonderful and the location was very good.

The breakfast was good. There was wide variety of food options. The Rooms and location of the hotel makes you relax. The welcoming staff make the visit complete. Also the indoor swimming pool and sauna was very relaxing.

NetherlandsOn the site of booking it says pool. There is a pool but you have to pay 5 euro per person per entrance, which is not mentioned (when you are with 4 and you want to swim twice it costs 40euro). Site should have mentioned pool nearby because it is separate from the hotel when it is not free. Booking only mentions pay extra for sauna but not for pool and loungers. Same for airco. We booked a room with airco (on booking.com) but got one without airco (not even present). With 29Celsius that is a big problem especially when you booked last minute and specifically searched for hotesl with airco and pool. Reception did nothing, not even another room (it appeared rooms with airco are more expensive although our room had airco according to site), we wanted to cancel but even that was not possible. Management not available. Really frustrating and unnecessary.
Breakfast was very good, lots of choices, spacious but cosy breakfast area. Hotel is big, rooms are good size, beds are good. Bathroom a bit older but nice size.
