The location near the ferry is perfect. We could easily check in even after check in hours as they helped us with a key box. The beds were amazing and so was the breakfast.

There was no fan or air-conditioning in the room so it got bit hot during the night. There was a weird, quite strong smell in the room.

Staff was very nice: we felt very welcomed, and as we mentioned we have to leave early, we got pre-packed breakfast with us on out trip. Bed was big and comfortable. Surroundings were nice to walk with a dog.

We had our dog with us: she was made to feel very welcome (blanket and cookies on arrival). The hotel had made provisions for dining with her (we used the lovely bar area). We only stayed one night but would definitely recommend the hotel: breakfast was good, a bar menu was small but excellent and the location perfect for walking and exercising dogs. The staff we met were friendly and the check in/out procedures hassle free.

This time I had a room near to the family room (203) and the children in the family room were well noticeable. Unfortunately the hotel now needed to charge € 3,50 for parking, which was previous time not the case, which was a bit of a surprise.

Nice located on Fehmarn, very suitable when making jobs on the boat in winter! Fantastic breakfast buffet with everything you can wish for. Kind people, I will certainly return!

Bathroom was a little dated but perfectly adequate.

We were greeted very warmly on arrival, everything we needed to know was clearly explained to us, and we even received a free welcome drink on our arrival! The rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet (we had the family suite) and the selection for evening meals in the restaurant was more than adequate (a little on the pricey side though). Breakfast in the morning was superb.

Smooth check-in process with online checkin prior to arrival. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful - and spoke English very well which was a big plus compared to other experiences we’ve had in the region. They were also very nice to our dog and had prepared a little dog-welcome pack with a blanket and treats in the room for our arrival. Overall, very cute place, nicely decorated and comfortable. The room had a fridge and overall was very nice. Great shower, warm with good water pressure. Calm area. Good breakfast with a good variety of choice. We had a really nice stay!

Nice location in a quiet street close to the harbour - and not too far from the city center. As the hotel offered only bistro menu (pizza) I have been out for dinner at the restaurant "Zum Goldenen Anker" which is at the harbour just 300m away and the food was very nice. Check-in & check-out was easy and breakfast at the hotel was also good.
