The beddings are dusty. Not sure what was going on upstairs but people moving around stuff (or something) were very audible it was difficult to sleep at night.

The heating was broken and on full power the entire time. We melted every time we entered the room and opening the windows only helped a little. It was acceptable for one night though.

I liked the rooms sofa and the balcony. The size of the room is also great, i expected a smaller room but it was great. Staff was also really nice and checking in was fast and easy

It could have been a bit cleaner and the lift seemed a bit shaky. It would also be more attractive if they offered breakfast. 170€ per night is quite steep for a Hotel that is more of a Hostel but also to be expected on Karneval.

I messaged the property beforehand requesting separate beds. As promised we received a twin room. Also, there was a fridge as promised. Despite not being able to give us two keys, my friend was given entry without me. Great for meeting young people in the common area/lobby.

Room ´s windows sctechy and not finctioning the global room set up is very not covenit’. Had to sale up out of best to turn off the light. Global state of the facilite absolutely do not worth the 180 euros I paid. I would like to request money back or et least part of it .

But they had no hot water. No air conditioning to make up for the heat and humidity and they could not offer anything. Hausmeister was supposed to have fixed the water but after 10 minutes nothing changed. Dirty dusty floors with bugs. unbelievably small elevator

The room was cleaned one once throughout our 7days stay. We couldn't access the private balcony to our room, because according to the staff, the handle was broken and door cannot open, hence we where only restricted to our room It was very bad value for money.

The room was catastrophic compared to the one i had at my first stay. There was a smell of humidity that came from the bathroom, in which the comodties were just in really bad shape. The ceiling had a bulge and moisture from waterdamage which was probably the cause of the smell. They didn't clean the surfaces and below the bed properly. The nightstand lamp and the small table came freshly from the dump an there was even a trace of blood or similar on the lamp. One of the ceiling lamps above the bed was just glued to its base because the fixation was broken. The door to the balcony was broken as well you couldn't really close it properly without forcing it. All in all I just needed a room to sleep in but for such a price you should at least have some standards and infrastructure.

This apartment with kitchen is not in the hotel, it's 200m away from the hotel, but it is not indicated in the description! Small room, not consistent with the online pictiues; No elevator. No slippers. The beds are nighmire, not comfortable, too soft, not very clean.
