Good location in the city centre clos to train station. Easy to go out and have dinner in some of sourounding the hotel restaurants.

the hotel is a bit of a labyrinth with several buildings, I needed 4 staircases en several doors and hallways to make it to my room, which means it is a long walk if you need to be at the reception.

The location next to the railway station and nearby the subway is fantastic if you are traveling with public transport. it is also very close to the old town if you want to visit the town or if you want to find a restaurant in the evening.

The swimmingpool looks bigger on the pictures but in reality is not bigger then 4x6m. During check in the staff was very nice and polite, but afterwards a bit unpleasant. Talking about me in German not realizing that I can understand everything.

Clean room, close to the center. Parking for the car close by. Big room and big bathroom.

Very convenient to the main train station (opposite) with a full view from some rooms but with large open area in front and No through traffic. We arrived by bicycle and there was a garage to store them. The windows open in the room to let in air (no air conditioning) but when closed they are very good soundproofing. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Short walk into old city. It’s a large hotel. Some rooms are a walk from the lift.

There was just 1 pillow in the room. And the comforter wasn't large enough either. There was no kettle in the room (which today is a basic thing to have). Some of the staff weren't friendly.

They let me check in early. Location is excellent.

The reception lady wasn't so pleasant. When the other lady told us that we can pay at the checkout the lady yelled at her and told her that we need to pay now. (We planned to pay in advance anyway) We had to pay for the drinks we took from the minibar.

The location was 5 min from the central station and the city centre. There was parking option in for the hotel. The room was big. There was a minibar in the room.

Coffee quality was realy poor. Single room 001 was oriented toward road and didn't have the AC that resulted in poor sleep quality.

Both Double rooms were comfy and big enough and very clean. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good. And enough parking was available.

The hotel is just next to the central station (great distance from the city center but also loud at night). The staff was helpful and the room was quite amazing.

I was on transit, coming in with an evening train and continuing early in the morning. The location, right behind the train station, was key (but watch which tunnel you exit from, as the main tunnel under the tracks does not go through to that back side of the train station). The staff was also very friendly.

Limited elevator access to our rooms was inconvenient, so there were a lot of stairs. Thankfully, not all rooms had this issue. However, staff helped take luggage to and from rooms which we really appreciated.

Excellent location - extremely close to local transportation and restaurants. Staff were really friendly and helpful - exceptional customer service. Good breakfast.

Room was dirty with dirty floor (hasn’t been washed for a longer time properly), black hair under the shower, used up doors, torn courtains..overall for the price of 243 Eur per night the facilities were really awful! Breakfast was also nothing special- fresh vegetables on plus. Minibar - extremely overpriced! For 2 bottles of a 0.25 ml -3.2 Eur and so on… Staff was very kind, friendly and helpful!
