It’s a very modern, beautiful and conveniently located hotel. I was traveling with my dog and it was just perfect, as a it’s placed right in the middle of the park. Also for a travelers with pets they offer ground floor rooms with yard access, which is very convenient if your pup is bored to let him go out and explore a bit. Room itself was very new (modern) and clean, staff friendly and accommodating, restaurant with a decent selection of a food and drinks.

Position is a bit far from the center, and in my opinion too expensive for where it is.

The room was clean and quiet and the staff were all very nice. I traveled with my dog and the hotel gave some dog treats and were companionate to my dog.

Everything was great. We checked in on the night of October 26th. The girl at the reception was very nice, she told us how to park the car and brought a teakettle for us to boil water. The room was really comfortable. We will definitely go back again!

Staff at the bar and breakfast did not even speed German and sometimes a bit rough. Found them a bit our of place in such a beautiful and well set place. At the reception was a bit better but not much. Too hot in the room when we arrived. No obvious thermostat except those on the radiators. Could not charge my EV although there was a charging station at the hotel: wouldn't it be possible to have a card from the hotel and not assume that those travelling have a provider that supports local stations?

Very nice and comfortable room, bathroom and bed. Amazing breakfast and breakfast setting. Nice view on the park. Super quiet at night with open widows. Very nice park and garden in front of the hotel. All modern and trendy. Spotless.

There was no complimentary coffee or tea service in the guest room.

Lovely guest room interior with beautiful garden courtyard views from private balcony. Room and bathroom was spacious and everything felt new and fresh. Comfy bed and bedding too. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood about 6 stops away from Marienplatz (center of old town). Underground station is just a 5 minute walk away with grocery store and nice Italian restaurant next to station.

When checking in the desk mentioned the hours when breakfast is served. They didn't mention that it was not included in the price. My wife and I ate breakfast every morning, which was a very nice spread , and were presented with a bill for $156 upon checkout that we weren't expecting. We realize that we should have asked first and that was our mistake but it still stings a little.

The hotel was very nice and within walking distance to bus and train lines. The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff was very courteous and helpful with any questions we had.

The hotel is 30 minutes away from Marienplatz, which makes commuting slightly tiring

The corner pavilion room was not as what we expected so we switched to a normal room without getting refunds for the higher price that we have paid + no air conditioning

We did have a misstep on booking in which they need to sort out with Booking.com but they responded to the problem in a helpful and effective manner

Breakfast seemed pricey but it is the city. Bakery nearby as an alternative.

Located in an upscale neighborhood with free parking on a quiet street. U-Bahn 4 is a five minute walk and takes you directly to Oktoberfest.

If one's emphasis was to visit the old city, the hotel is not directly on a train line. However, the U-Bahn station was reasonably accessible by walking or bus to the downtown area.

The hotel setting in a park, both the internal park of the hotel and the surrounding city park was beautiful and relaxing. Our balcony was delightful, overlooking the forest in the back of the hotel. Double doors brought the outside into the room. The breakfast buffet was memorable and I would be sure not to miss it when booking a reservation at the hotel. The front desk met our every need. The bar was pleasant for a bit of relaxation and had our preference, non-alcoholic beer. The room is spacious with nice furniture, nice closet space.

I don't like the carpeted floor. It doesn't look very clean, given that it rains a lot in Munich in this season.

Such a peaceful location, yet the U station is only a few minutes' walk away. The bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is good.

Our room needed blackout curtains. As the light of the garden and early morning sun was coming to our room. No airconditioning Not easy to reach from the city center. Takes about 30 mins by public transport

Just by a very nice huge park and sporting facilities. Loved the garden. It is always nice to sit and relax in the evening, or for coffee break Breakfast is by far one of the best. Definitely worth We had one of the larger rooms, with extra payment. The balcony, park view was very relaxing. Staff is very friendly and helpfull Very silent, clean air
