The double bed was two singles pushed together. For the price of the stay, I would have expected the water in the room to be complimentary.

No english chanels on Tv and no Tea making facilities as we english enjoy our morning cuppa. Minor points and would not stop us coming back.

Breakfast was exceptional with excellent courteous staff. Location was excellent for our needs. The young man with glasses on reception is a fantastic asset for this hotel. He was brilliant nothing was too much trouble and he was always enthusastic in his work.

The only thing that we didn’t particularly like was the use of single beds and duvets, not a big deal but worth noting.

Staff were very good at both reception and at breakfast, they were friendly and professional in all our dealings with them. The breakfast choices were very good. Location was good for access to trains and for the river.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to the Cologne cathedral and city center. We slept very well there. Breakfast was tasty, there was a good choice of meals. The hotel staff was nice and helpful.

The only minor criticism was the limited range of TV channels available, unusual for a hotel of this class.

Quiet location away from the bustle of the city but a short walk away from the central station. The bedroom and the bathroom were spacious and there was good storage space for clothes and luggage. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to suit a range of dietary requirements.

We didn't enjoy room itself. The set of equipment makes usage quite difficult and double bed consists two separate which unfortunately sometimes separate from each other :( Additionally there is no nice facilities like complementary water or tea in the room, which I would assume as a standard for such hotel.

We enjoyed the stay and appreciate a Service. Personnel is very friendly and build exceptionally nice atmosphere for all the Guests. Hotel is clean and breakfast was really tasty with super long availability.

The electrical socket in which the desk is plugged was not working, so had to use less convenient sockets for laptop and coffee machine. I stayed in a single room and it's really small. This wasn't a big problem, but I had to put the extra pillow on the table during the night. Overall, those are minor issues.

I stayed in a single room, it was quite good and clean. Good WiFi - had no troubles in video calls with colleagues. Location is great - less than 10 mins to the main station and near a large super market with everything you need. Friendly staff and good breakfasts. A separate perk is a coffee maker in the room - in fact, I chose the hotel based on that. It's important for me to have the ability to make tea and coffee in the evening without leaving the room.
