The room was large enough, but smaller than others we stayed in. The main bed was quite comfortable, but the children's beds not as much.

The hotel is quite close to the Altstadt and just off a tram stop. Our room, which was on the back, was quiet. We enjoyed walking the surrounding streets, outside the old city, as much as we did the Altstadt itself. The restaurant was appealing, though we did not eat there.

The hotel itself is quite dated and old. The room, linens, and bathroom were all very clean, the room itself was just old and a bit run down. The value given what we paid wasn't horrible, but it was quite expensive given the age and condition of the building and hotel rooms.
