Unfortunately I had the feeling that the room was not clean. There were spots on the sofas, on the walls. I understand that it is not a problem of bad cleaning, but the guests who don't care and spoil the furniture. The breakfast could be better for this price 16 Euro per/pers.

The property is beautiful, the size of the room (the old building of the Schloss), the interior, the surrounding - the nature is beautiful. It was fantastic to swim in the lake. And to drive the raft with Stefan (the guy who offers the activities on the lake).

No coffee/tea in room, no minibar. Restaurants need attention - have limited options, and service not great (one/two waiters as exception). Discomfort due to pet friendly room and wife allergic to cats and dogs (need to increase level of cleaning after hosting pets).

Location and setting absolutely beautiful. Spa is great. Reception staff is professional, friendly and makes you feel welcome. Breakfast was good.

The bathroom had a dull design, rather ugly. We only had a half a liter bottle of water in the room, although we were two guests and there was no shop whatsoever around the property. There was no shower gel in the bathroom. We were supposed to get a room in the old part of the property, but there was only one room in the basement available, therefore we received a room in the new building, to avoid the basement. Very disappointing. 92€ (without breakfast) definitely too expensive.

The place and the main building were wonderful, including the surrounding area and the restaurant. Very refined. Beautiful bedroom, very quiet. Friendly stuff.

Staff at the reception, reservation and at the restaurant are with 1 or 2 exceptions not acceptable. No call backs from the reservations department and strange price policy and comments. They did not give the important informations at check in (eg breakfast times, check out etc.). Even though asked to not have to change my room (after extending my stay) I had to change rooms (comment receptionist at 11am: your new room should be ready by 3pm) well after asking a little more intensely there suddenly was a room at 11am 🤔. At breakfast I was quite happy to get a coffee eventually after 20 min and the dinner waiters either didn’t know what they were serving or unfriendly and did not want to serve us. Very very disappointing for such a place made with love.

Lovely rooms and great spa area. Nice surrounding with the little palace. Housekeeping and spa staff were super helpful and nice!!!!

Would be great if spa would open earlier.

Brilliant service and food in the restaurant. Everything was delicious. Nice and modern interiors with an atmosphere. Big enough spa area with warm pool (29 degree). Visit Panorama Sauna with a beautiful view!

wifi is very bad, not at all what you expect from such crazy amazing place. since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere with nothing around, the 3G doesn't work at all. so having the wifi is the only option to be online, but it was almost impossible to use it.

wellness area is just awesome. rooms are very comfortable and the restaurant is top level! don't miss the breakfast, it's super good!!

Old Schloss with major modern additions. The apartment block in which we rented a 'Royal Apartment' was the most luxurious accommodation we have ever had in such a rental with a fully fitted kitchen including oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, extensive kitchen equipment, two bathrooms, washing machine. sitting room, conservatory and garden. the local town is Crivitz, which has limited eating places so one either eats at the hotel restaurant or self caters, A magnificent but expensive rental.

Interior design needs a complete makeover. To use an understatement. The room was too small for this price and smelled a bit of old socks. It is new and was clean though. In the evening I ordered a salad with burata but got one with mozarella. The waiter seriously tried to convince me that this is ‘what they do here’.

A beautiful old castle situated next to a lake that has been turned into a hotel. The landscape around is magnificent.

The restaurant in the castle was not good at all. Quite a disappointment on all levels except the nice staff. No matter if lunch, coffee or dinner - It was a disappointment. Next time we would like to stay in the waldresidenz and have dinner in their restaurant which must be much better. Couldn't do it this time as babyphone wouldn't last from old castle to Wilhelmina restaurant so we were stuck with the other one

Great castle, lovely staff and beautiful pool and spa area. Extremely child friendly!

Staff at the reception was not very welcoming. They did not tell us anything about the spa area and when and how guests can use it. When asked, they answered very briefly and felt unwilling to tell us anything more. I hope this was only because of a language barrier.

An amazing and beautiful place in the middle of peaceful nature, still only a short drive from Schweirin. Everything was perfect.

This hotel is very good excepting the rip off price of 5 Euro for one night's internet access. Fine if you have a business account you can charge it to but for pensioners it is rather steep. Most places are free now!

Restaurant was good, but overpriced. Waiter was rather fussy and re-seated everybody that just chose to sit on a table. All a bit overdone for a hotel- restaurant.

Great pool and fitness. Old building, but rooms are large and well decorated. Great choice at buffet breakfast
