We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyI think I simply fell in love with this Hotel. This is something you don't find every day. And especially during off-season this is a nice cosy place to wind down, get your mind free - like I did. I for sure will return, even for a spontaneous weekend getaway trip.

The breakfast was phenominal! We loved that our corgi was welcomed on the trip. It was also super helpful that the information was provided to us in English as well as we are currently learning German.

GermanyThe facilities were quite rundown, the saunas very small, room equipment kept to minimum (you might need to ask for extra pillows and towels). Even though the hotel is located in a castle, it did not feel that luxurious.
The hotel is located in nice and quite surroundings offering the option of spa and complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff. Overall fair value for money.

United KingdomWe had dinner on the first evening. Service was very slow and the menu was really quite limited. As eating out opportunities in the immediate area are limited, this would have been a negative if we had decided we wanted to eat in every evening.
Very good location: lovely view from the terrace and quite centrally situated in the island. Enjoyed the live music on the terrace on our last evening. Staff very helpful when we asked for a light meal quite late that evening.

GermanyThe room is Souterrain felt a little like a dungeon. The rooms get incredibly hot at night without air-conditioning and the beds are not very comfortable. The bathrooms need renovation and upgrade.
