Nothing really to dislike when one is in need of a bed and a bathroom for an overnight stay in Hamburg. People with high expectations will be disappointed.

It was a quiet and very simple hotel room. 👍 Bathroom and room contained the very basic needs. It is in a good location for the airport if you want to avoid travelling in from further away potentially getting delayed on the motorway is out of question.

The hotel is very close to Hamburg airport, which one can reach with a 5-10mins bus ride. The staff is very friendly and kind. As I forgot to update our arrival time, they called to ask when we would arrive as well as how to check in as we would have arrived after 10pm when the reception closes. This was quite easy.

Check in was confusing late at night. However, when we called the number, the staff was very helpful.

Location was good, even though it was on a busy road, it was quiet in the room.

No lifts is a bit of an issue with heavy luggage, but staff offered to help.

Staff were very amenable, we arrived an hour early and were allowed to check in.

No refrigerator. The room was not good furnished for 3 person. For example there were only 2 chair for 3 person. There was no shampoo and shower gel. There was no tissues .

Practical and well located hotel for our interests. The price is great for the area and even if the building is a bit dated, it is in excellent shape, everything works and the airplane theme does give it an interesting charm.

The sink in the bathroom drainedvery slowly - needs fixing.

Whilst the corridors were a little tired, the room was very clean and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was good also.

You should definetely go before 22 if you do not want to call hotel and take your keys from the locker on the door. You should bring your own shampoo and other Personal belongings like slippery etc.

Lots of stairs to get to rooms. No tea/ coffee facilities in the room. I paid for a double room, but the staff gave us a key for a single room. They corrected it after complaining. Comfort is ok.

Room walking distance/ close to a bus from the airport. Good location to catch a flight. Clean room.

No hair dryer in room (reception fixed this right away), no full view mirror and no telephone either (neither of the 2 were needed but if it says on the web site...). There's nothing offensive about the decor but it isn't pretty/welcoming either.

Basic and functional hotel close to the airport with good transport links, close to shops and restaurants. Warm welcome, helpful staff. Great water pressure and great breakfast (with Rote Grütze and Knäckebrot).

The room was not so clean. İ saw spider and everywhere is full of spider Web. There is No elevator.

The neighbourhood is good. Near to Airport you can reach with one Bus. The room is enough for one person.

Although it was not luxurious, it was Clean and comfortable! We stayed here because we had a 6am flight and didn't want to get up at 3am to drive to Hamburg. It worked out great and we booked well enough in advance that we could leave our car there for a week.
