Only thing which bothered me a little bit was the noise of traffic coming from the main road in front of the hotel, even at night when windows were all closed. That was probably because I was in a road facing room.

Room was clean, spacious and I couldn't expect more. Breakfast was also good, each staff were friendly and always smiling.

The man that I met the night that I checked in was complete opposite. Gruff, rude and very unhelpful. Day and night between the service. If I had not had the pleasure of meeting the second concierge the following day I would have never recommend this hotel.

The rooms were neat and orderly but a little dimly lit for nighttime reading. There was only one soap provided for body and hair to wash. I wish that was mentioned in other reviews so I could have brought my own soap. The breakfast was excellent, filling and well cared for. Everything was tidy and chilled as it should be. The women who was on staff the day that I came was extremely friendly and so helpful. She printed directions for me, helped me with the key, told me the easiest ways to travel around Berlin. An all around excellent member of staff(possibly owner). The location was vital to my business stay and I enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and surrounding area. There were shops, restaurants, grocery stores and more located within easy walking distance.

The hotel room is very spacious, the breakfast was quite big and delicious. Service is very polite. Although it's located on a big street, it's quite for sleeping. Bus stop is very near the hotel and it is well connected.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and outside is a playground for children. It’s peaceful and not noisy. The location is ideal to Berlin with the walking distance bus and trams. one thing I can criticise, no electric kettles, to make tea or coffee & microwave inside the room. It would be better if they had.

Everything is very old, the bathrooms should be renovated.

It was fine, we needed a place to stay between our move and it served the purpose. The staff was friendly, breakfast was great. The price is ok.

The room was big. There were 3 of us and the room still felt big enough do fit 3 more. Loved it! It had a little kitchen corner also, great if you want to cook something. Staff was friendy and the breakfest was good!

Toiletries in the bathroom could have been better.

Breakfast was well set out and plentiful. Location was good for me 10 to 15 minute walk to where I wanted to be. Room was clean and contained all that was needed.

Not much to complain, just not the most inspiring surroundings and a busy sttreet right outside. The room had a standing fan rather than airconditioning - still very happy it was there, given the temperatures.

Easy to reach, 24/7 reception, very friendly staff, decent room, decent breakfast, parking space, and near to our main destination in Berlin: Sedes ticked most of our boxes.

Unfortunately my boys could not watch TV as they did not program it to be translated into English and they have lots of stations that are not working.

The breakfast was very good as they had various types to choose from and guess could request for what type of breakfast they want. The location is good and easy assess to the centre of Berlin as public transportation is few minutes walk from the hotel.
