During very hot summer days an aircon would be great as rooms are very hot.

Great location with direct access to the lake, stunning sunsets and only a short drive to Munich (30 mins) or the Alps (Zugspitze is only 90mins).

The rooms were very hot and no air going through. The food at the restaurant was not brilliant and the choices were few and expensive.

The Wi-Fi did not function all the time - cutting in and out. This was very inconvenient since my work was online much of the time.

Beautiful location right on the Lake with the mountains at one end. The breakfast was fresh and hot prepared just for each person. The room is spacious and clean. A Bonus is the inside pool.

the rooms should be refurbished- nice balcony, but the rooms are not very attractive and have that old feeling.

the facilities are a bit old, some stuff in the rooms need renovation, we had some spiders and spider webs in the room, which is normal for a hotel in a garden next to the forest and didn’t bother us much, but may be unpleasant for some guests. We also didn’t like that they charge for parking, and to charge our electric car (10 Euros for a normal plug in, for this price we can use a fast charger somewhere else) the room prices are already high and it feels like an unnecessary way to make some extra money.

Location is amazing, beds are very comfortable, rooms and balconies are spacious and bright. All the hotel staff were kind and very helpful. Breakfast was great too.

The steam sauna was being cleaned in the evening before I got a chance to use it. My own fault, but unfortunate.

The rooms and view are just as pictured and manicured. The included breakfast was Top. A cross between traditional continental, a bit of Bavarian, and nice all around. The Restaurant was well done. The view in autumn is amazing. The staff were great, even though I didn't speak German, they went above to make me and my family welcome. I had a noisy neighbor in the middle of the night, and the staff quickly managed the situation respectfully and confirmed resolution with me personally. I even left my jacket there, and they are sending it back to me.

Having air conditioning would have been amazing. At one point our room was 90 degrees.

This hotel sits RIGHT on the lake and it was a breeze to walk down to the lovely lounge chairs and jump into the water. (The most clean and beautiful lake I have ever been in!) Our room overlooked the lake. It was a wonderful room with full amenities, a lot of extra space, comfy beds and even a fan. (We were there during a VERY hot spell and most other hotels didn’t have fans and NONE had air conditioning.) The balcony door stayed open all night long due to the heat without bug in sight! Just an amazing feeling space all the way around. We ate both lunch and dinner at the patio restaurant and enjoyed very well prepared meals with polite and knowledgeable servers. There were no rules about swimming in the lake, like there often is in the US, so we also went swimming again after dinner. I cannot wait to go back again, especially since we realized upon check out that they also rent bikes! Parking was free and super easy to get to.
