Breakfast was basic, but at least all the right basics if you're not vegan(-preferring). In the room, I had no noise issues because other guests were perfectly quiet during the night and morning, but insulation could be improved because earlier in the evening some people talking in the hallway were *very* audible through the walls/door.

Everything good, as you expect from a normal hotel room. My room (407) had a desk with a nice chair to work on. Charging points at the desk and nightstand. The WiFi worked reliably (though not fast, I imagine they just throttle everyone so that it remains usable for all). Checking in an out was painless. The TV can be plugged out to not have unnecessary lights. The light in the room was a very nice indirect one. Everything was clean. The check-out at 12 is very nice, most places require you to leave earlier.

Building work outside, that can’t be helped but no proper walkway as path has been taken up by hoardings. Walking on side of road to get to junction Should by coned off for pedestrians also on Sunday only warm water for shower. Saturdays shower lovely. Clean hotel and staff really good also breakfast really nice. Would stay again.

20 minute walk to the theatre and miniture wonderland and 10 min walk to ripperbahn quite central. Clean staff helpful and breakfast good.

However, it's not a very luxurious stay, since the walls are very thin, so you hear all the neighbours being noisy during the night. The bed was very uncomfortable and should be changed. The breakfast eggs were not very good and there were no vegan options :(

We didn't want to spend much money, so we decided to stay at this hotel. To be fair the price/performance ratio is fine: The staff members were extremely nice, the room was clean and the location is good. I liked the filter coffee at breakfast.

The bed was fine, but not great. Bicycle storage was out in the open under the stairway -- in view of the lobby desk, but not the most secure place if you are arriving by bicycle

It was an affordable room with easy foot access to all the atrractions in Hamburg. The room was clean and quite large.

- Communication (concerning parking reservations) before stay was one way (no reply) - hotel is a nightmare for disabled people (entrance way to steep and reception not even reachable). - don't book a 3-person bedoom as you will get a sleeping couch that not even IKEA will sell you. - almost no hot water when showering. - no possibility to cool the room (other than opening the window, which is not adviseable due to all the construction work and bell towers).

I would have liked the room to have been a little larger and with coffee and team making facilities.

The room was very clean. We like the location of the hotel as it is near the Elbe and within easy reach of the ctiy centre by train. Breakfast was very good with lots of different options to choose from. We had been here before and so booked again. We particularly looked forward to the breakfast!
