Staff unable to speak German and English.

Staff washed my clothes on a Sunday even though they didn't need to.

No kettle, no fridge. The seat of the toilet was broken before, and not replaced, just “patched”. Some smudges on the walls. Pillows are way too flat. Feels like a lot of space is wasted for nothing and cleaning can be done better.

Location is good, but this was for the specific occasion. Parking is small but glad that it was there and for free. Supermarket is close. Additional space for the wardrobe

They changed my booking to there sister hotel Carlton, which suited me better, receptionist was very helpful.

The entrance of the room smelled like sigaret. I can understand that the smell could have been brought from he previous guest, and it is not an easy smell to get read of. Still, as a nkn smoker I was very annoyed by it. Keeping the windows open the whole time has helped

Honestly everything is ok with this cheap place. We went for Borussia game and this place is just 2 minutes from metro stadion. Room was spacious, so everything good for this price.

Too much traffic sound. No airco or fan available in the room. Toilet kept flushing the whole night and the cleaning ladies blocked the elevator every morning with the towels without realizing clients then have to carry their luggage all the way downstairs

Cigarette tray on balcony was full, that could be emptied and all would be perfect.

Nice big rooms, comfy big beds. Free parking for guests. Love the night lights in the room.

The parking place is small and I did not find a place for the car. There is no telephone in the room to request any service

Location is not especially smart, but for the low price and free parking, it’s fine for a mini-break.

When I arrived (I was early but the reception was open), the receptionist was on the phone and just left the reception to finish a very lengthy call. Kept me waiting for 25 minutes while no one else was there. The elevator is only accessible by going up a flight of stairs so this hotel is NOT wheelchair accessible. There were shutters in the windows but they didn't work, so the room was very hot. The bed was very soft and not very comfortable. Lots of noise from the road, unable to sleep with a window open.

It was very clean, the room was very large. The shower was small but had good temperature and pressure. It's easily located near a metro stop and a supermarket. The best thing about my stay was the breakfast with a nice variety in food and drinks.

Breakfast... No boiled eggs at 6.45 in the morning -breakfast starts at 630-.we waited until 715 then we left. The bread, meat, yoghurt, fruit and other food was good. We can even take coffee to go with us :) Bathroom was quite old but clean.

Pillows weren't the greatest and the bathroom was a bit outdated

Water pressure was unreal compared to most hotels I have stayed in. Beds were comfortable, rooms were very spacious. And the balcony was great for socialising. The tram station is about a 2/3 minute walk, then 2 stops to the city centre, which was perfect for our group.

The room and the bathroom need some changes . With a different design the room aspect can improve for sure, but except this the room was clean and nice.

There was a strong old tobacco smell in my room, coming from the bathroom.

The breakfast was great!

Parking is a complete nightmare. Also there is no hot Breakfast apart from weekend's.

A little unclean, but found gummybears on the floor

The stay for a night was very comfortable and good values for money. The location for perfect for us as it was a min drive away from the venue we needed to be at. Very helpful staff

The pillows didn't do it for me. The room on arrival was immaculate, but wasn't cleaned properly the following morning. Toilet paper and tissues weren't replenished.

No ventilation whatsoever, even open window does not help. Towels were dirty. Hotel did not provide beds that were expected (double instead of two separate for our kids).
