we are staying with dog (most probably in the room where pets are allowed) and seems that the room was not fully cleaned after previous pet. There were spots on the carpet :(

Great location for visiting the Old Town. Good position beside the water and a short walk from the train station. Restaurant was excellent. Staff extremely efficient and friendly.

Nice location with close distance to the old city Center. Big spacious rooms. Big nice breakfast with a lots of variety’s. Everything was perfect until checkout where the receptionist had a non friendly attitude about our questions.

They are currently doing renovations so there is noise ongoing during the daytime hours. Also, they have a pool and sauna but I wish that they had a fitness room as well.

Comfortable hotel with great restaurant, easy access to Lubeck town center. I have stayed here three times and the property is consistently well run. Its close to the train station so you can walk if you are not carrying lots of luggage.

Location very central, the evening meal was very good, and the breakfast was all you can ask for and more.

It was difficult for us to park the car initially as the Christmas market was nearby, but believe that it would easier to park at other times.

Comfortable room, clean and a nice view. We could have our dog with us. Close enough to the town centre.

Such friendly staff - felt very well taken care of. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with such a lot of choice. Enjoyed the pool and sauna area. The room was spacious with a great view over the river.

Staff shouldn't come into the room if there is the do not disturb sign, especially just for something unimportant like changing the hotel magazine. 😅

The location is great, the hotel is within walking distance from the city centre. The rooms are spacious enough and clean. The breakfast is exceptional.

Breakfast refills should happen more regularly. Also, the service staff was really loud dealing with dirty dishes.

It was a disapointment that the date for the start of the christmastown was changed from 24./11 to 27./11, so we missed it. It was the reason we came to Lübeck. We talked whit some other tourist, and they felt the same.

We had a room with a river view which was a lovely surprise The location was ideal for exploring Lubeck on foot and for arriving from the station. We liked the fresh coffee pods and mineral water in our room.

Nice room and not too far from the city center. Breakfast was very nice. We loved the bar area with it's pretty lights over the bartender station.

There was dirt on the elevator button. The whole 5 days the dirt was still there. I saw a man supposedly to clean but he did not!

The bar downstairs seems to be running outside its licence hours. Even though online it says it's open till 11pm, the people are still outside at the tables after midnight, still being served past 00:30. They are actually allowed to stay out there till about 1-2pm!!! The outside tables are right under the rooms facing the old town so it's very noisy if you happen to stay there. When we called the concierge he pretended not to realise how noisy the bar customers were even though they were even noisier inside the atrium. It's unacceptable for a hotel bar to stay open that long and not care about the people staying in the hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the view from the room was amazing! The room was not very big but comfortable size. It even had a sofa and a chair. The bed was comfortable. The parking outside is quite reasonably priced and very big.

The beds could have been more comfortable and come with a flat sheet in addition to the very warm duvet (it was sweltering hot to sleep under it even with A/C on).

Excellent location for visiting the city. Very good breakfast, good-sized room, clean and well appointed bathroom. Friendly staff. Easy access by car, plenty of public parking available. Excellent restaurant.

the room given upon check in was unfortunately not clean I think it may have been missed or not used in a while, I rang down to reception just to have someone clean what was needed and instead she gave me another room which was an upgrade and a drinks voucher. This was all done so swiftly and I was very grateful and will most definitely return again.

The decor is amazing, staff were very helpful and kind. rooms were lovely and location was perfect.
