Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

A bit far from the train station if you are using public transport. Perfect if you have a car.
Nice clean appartment, lovely balcony, effective air conditioning, very comfortable bed, good restaurants nearby.

I stayed at Smilla multiple times over a three month period, it was one of my favorite places to stay. The location is convenient with safe private parking. The person that manages operations is easy to reach and very quick to respond to questions. The rooms are all nicely decorated, clean and comfortable.

No absorber in the kitchen. Bringing the trash to the bin outside at the end was unexpected. Bear in mind the tourist tax of EUR5 per person per day which you have to leave in cash in the appartment before leaving. But all tose are minor issues, the appartment is good.
Smilla1 was a big comfortable apartment on the ground floor. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable, there were heating and blackout blinds on the windows. Parking is a great advantage. The main thing I liked was that there was the cozy atmoshere in there, it's somehow like home. The host answered immediately to my question and was very kind.

Nice and quiet neighbourhood, still just a few minutes by bus (or driving) to the city center. The building is perfectly positioned in between supermarket, Italian restaurants (don't miss La Piazzetta) and pizza take away. The apartment is top, all the conditions to have a good stay: great bathroom and kitchen, terrace, air conditioning, good soundproofing, great TV selection (for a long stay). And the parking offer inside the property was a great advantage. Highly recommended for short or long stays, the host was always available and willing to help.

The location next to a supermarket, close to number of restaurants was very good. Apartment was very well appointed, each room had its own bathroom, all very clean. Possible parking on site.

The apartment has a lovely decoration and the host was very warm and friendly. It was very hot, so it was great to have air conditioning.

Didn't like the modem that's in the master bedroom. At night the dim light the domed shaped thing has shines like a UFO.
We liked the location. Parking availability, the decor indoors, everything inside is newly done. Nicely furnished. Very comfortable.

Bread knife could have been sharper? I'm really reaching for something here...
The accomodations are first rate. Spotlessly clean, elegantly furnished and decorated. Super comfortable bed. We had a car, and parking was super easy and free. Communication with the host was effortless, with super-quick response times(I don't speak German; his English was perfect). Delicious bakery, excellent Thai resto seconds away on foot, and a great medium-large grocery store literally next door. I'm fairly picky, and I had zero complaints. Also I found value/cost ratio to be outstanding. Especially if you're travelling with more than a couple, hotels just can't compete with the value. Highly recommend.

location,parking ,and cleanliness of the apartment, in addition to the supermarket near the apartment and restaurants the most important is the terrace with nice weather . One point only the stairs very narrow 😞 Mr.MICHAEL is a good man he give me a nice gift (welcome drinks keep in fridge) and quick reply. Check in very easily . Rate 10/10

It is a bit off the main city, but if you travel by car it is not a problem at all. Kitchen could have some spices salt and pepper.. ;)
Nice modern flat, with a good kitchen, we have enjoyed good tea and coffee provided ;) Comfortable beds and good bathroom. Parking is easy on the streets nearby. A supermarket and couple caffes are just next to the building. We have enjoyed a calm and quiet stay here.

The appartment looks amazing. Easy to find and I could park direct in front of the place. Clean and the host was available for my questions and very kind. I would stay there agan.
