Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We have stayed here before but before it was a Maxx hotel and we loved it. Now it's not that luxurious like before, it's just generic. The location is amazing and it was clean. Next time I will stay somewhere else in Potsdam.

FranceRooms were very warm with no air circulation … actually cooler outside. Hotel did provide a fan on request. TV reception was poor throughout stay, despite good weather … lots of pixeling. Parking and breakfast were good but over-priced. Bar lacked ambience.

United KingdomThere were simply were simply not enough staff. I arrived about 10.45pm. No one on reception. Not the fault of the one member of staff on duty - she was helping another guest with luggage but I was left for 10/15 mins with no explanation. Wanted a drink. Twenty minute wait at the bar while the one bartender was doing table service for some guests and keeping others waiting. Check out. 20/25 minute wait as two hard pressed staff got guests checked out as quickly as they could . special shout out to Nico who was calm, professional and good humoured faced with some guests behaving very poorly. Picking up luggage .Another ten minutes waiting. in a stay of about 12 hours I spent over an hour queuing at reception. Mot at all the fault of the excellent staff but if management who don’t employ enough of them.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a warm welcome eventually and the room was great. A great bar open late with lots of people enjoying themselves.

Denmarkfound it a litle odd that the zink for handwashing was located in a different room, away from the bathroom.
room was really comfy. Staff was super helpful. The manager in the reception even made me a coffee in the evening, even though the machine was out of order. he just made from the kitchen.
