Unfortunately the staff wasn’t very helpful. We did our best to speak german but the favour wasn’t returned when it was best to switch in English. The girls at reception were lovely but didnt have much information on the surroundings and management wasnt friendly or helpful at all. It really felt like we had a different treatment because we are foreigners and that’s a shame because everything else was great.

The location is just wonderful and getting a room with lake view is worth the extra cost if you can. Facilities and rooms and very nice as well. The restaurant has great food and a gorgeous view. The private terrace to swim on the lake is a great add on.

I really got pissed that when I entered my room at 21h30 and got into my shower, there was no shower gel. It was empty and the one for the hands also. So I had to go down to the restaurant (reception was closed) and asked at 22h to get something basic - as soap. So that really got on my nerved. The cleaning was sinply not done in a good enough way

Nice hotel, great location. I liked the little beach reserved for the guests. 2 restaurants- one à la carte and one self-service.

There is no minibar/fridge in the room. Hotel guests should always have a possibility to book the table in the main restaurant.

Bed was horribly uncomfortable. Two very uncomfortable, short twin beds shoved together with a major crease down the middle. The one pillow was also an old feather pillow that was almost put of feathers. Was there for 7 nights and neither the one sheet or towel were replaced. Didn't look like anyone from hotel had even bothered to check on the room.

A lovely and peaceful hotel right on the lakeside..a great respite fir us after 2 weeks of early starts to get to the ski lifts before the crowds. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing evening/morning

the 2nd bed of the suite is from a foldable sofa, so the bed is a bit simple. Still ok.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room. No fridge. No folder giving details of the hotels services or password. Went to reception to ask. On a day where it rained all night and part of the day no guest lounge/no where to sit except in your room so I sat in the only chair outside the reception office. No where to sit and order a tea/coffee or anything. The day before when the sun was shining the terrace overlooking the lake was full of people and tea food drinks could be ordered but payment was cash only. The food I did order on the rainy day was goulash which was not even room temperature with tiny pasta pieces that were not fresh and some dry and warmed up a little. The salad was fresh and very good. I chose Payment is cash or card and not added to the room costs. The shower is tiny stand still dont move and triangular in shape. The bed was okay pillows very soft and poor lighting in the room with power points scattered so I unplugged two lamps to recharge my phone and power bank. No water provided in the room. The noise from outside the wondow was nearly continuous as its where the garbage bottles etc are placed. Its expensive for what you receive in comparison to other hotels....decor looks very dated and tired
