Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, very practical for visiting Europa Park and Rulantica without a car (train station just a few minutes away and shuttle bus to the parks around the corner).

The check-in and check-out were by self with nobody to interact with. Check-in was OK. I would hoped to meet someone at the checkout to make sure all is in order including payments.
Very good option for a short stay with family if you plan to go to Raulantica or Europa Park. The hotel is clean and rooms are maintained in good condition. Breakfast was offered in a different nearby location, other than the hotel, for business reasons I believe, but was satisfying.

Staff non existent (it was off season but still a person at reception should be) They said they offer parking or train tickets at Rulantica but they forgot and gave me just train tickets (I wanted car parking) ariund 2PM which is definetely too late! Breakfast booked but sent messege they can't provide off season Unfortunately the hotel loiked like a ghost, probably better when high season Get coins if you want a coffee in the morning... Even a big tv channels 99% in german no english.
Really close to Rulantica and Europa Park. Big room with big tv screen

The carpets would benefit from a deep clean. I understand the hotel allows pets, which is probably the main reason the carpets have a lot of spots. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the rest.
We stayed in the hotel to go to Rulantica and then got some rest before continuing with our holidays. The hotel is very close to the parks and they provided us with a free parking ticket. Also, the breakfast was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

For me was OK but some people may find the breakfast poor.
The location was good. Next to the highway, supermarket and two restaurants nearby. There is free parking outside. The Hotel was clean and appropriate for families. Friendly stuff.

We came to check in at 12.00 and the receptionist said that our room would be ready at 16.00, but when she saw my unsatisfied face, she told me that the room was ready
I would recommend for dinner to go to the Toscana hotel next to the Norma they propose the Italian buffet

Perfect if you want to visit EuropaPark and Rulantica. If you have your car there is plenty of parking in front of the hotel, if you're on foot the shuttle bus is just around the corner

It was really hot in the upstairs room but I slept well with the window complete open. Before I opened the window there was a weird old man smell in the room. In the morning I didn't notice it anymore.
The hotel is located near the Autobahn and is very convenient for someone driving a lot. Also enough parking space. Everything was clean. Breakfast was ok with different kind of eggs. Although you won't find anything to eat at the hotel, you can find some restaurants and a store nearby.

Wanted a small fridge in the room........ Aircon would have been nice as it was exceptional hot in the rooms at night. Tad pricey for the night for the room with the bunk beds.

There is no airconditioning so it was really hot. The surroundings are not that nice.

There is no ac and building is little bit old. Other than that there is nothing major to complain.
Very convenient and uncomplicated check in process. They give europapark parking ticket free of charge and there is free water in glass bottles. Breakfast was good with fruits and multiple options. Highly recommended.

There's no air conditioning in the room..also no fridge. A common fridge is kept outside, but it was very small.
Breakfast was ok,..not much varieties but still was ok. Its near Europapark.
