Depending on the room that you are in (i.e. the side that it is facing) and the time that you visit (e.g. during the weekend) there may be some noise from the nearby bars and clubs and so on but it's fine.

The location was great. The room was very tidy and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the utilities were clean. We were able to sleep well, the coffee machine was good, there is a store (Netto) very close nearby. The neighbourhood has a lot of restaurants and so on and it's very easy to reach the centre via the S-Bahn.

Great location with a grocery store situated literally opposite to the apartment. A lot of commodities from ample supply of trash bags, cleaning products to hair dryer.

There was not much to complain about. I reported that the bathroom door was not adjusted properly and that it was eventually going to damage the floor. The room was warm on a cool day, but with windows on both sides the cross-flow cooled the space quickly.

The space was very contemporary, with nice furnishings and comfortable bedrooms. The washroom facilities were top notch. The coffee machine was fantastic, some of the best coffee I have ever had. The place was quiet and clean. The link to the website specific to the room was a great idea, and we referred to it several times.

Great place to stay in Köln, the neighbourhood is very lively and it was easy to get to it and with plenty of instructions.

Guides could use better explanation of recycling and trash for foreigners (staff were responsive when asking questions but it would be nice to not have to ask). English Instructions for washing machine would be helpful.

Very minor disadvantage is that the apartment is very spacious, with concrete ceiling and stairs - it looks fabulous and cool.. but on the other hand..every little the sound goes through the whole apartment. Might be a bit disturbing if you want to sleep and other use the kitchen. But not a big deal.

Very nice, new, sooo comfortable and perfectly clean apartment. If you miss something, the staff might refill it in a few days. Definitely want to come again.

It would have been great to have power socket near both sides of the bed. There was only shampoo + soap in one, so bring your own if you need more than that.

Bed linen wasn't the most comfortable and the UniFi WiFi Access point was very bright (blue light) and meant that I didn't sleep too well. Depending on the model, this can be disabled. So, perhaps something to look into.

Great facilities. Bluetooth speaker a nice bonus that I didn't expect. Communication was excellent. Had a minor issue getting into the property - booking.com said one apartment, but the provided check in instructions were for the correct one.
