1. the old bathroom need an urgent renovation. 2. room temperature were not able to be adjusted. 3. probably because of the new year time, quite a number of small kids are travelling and they started to cry as 6am. Would be good to consider put travellers with kids in the same zone/ on the same floor. 4. the tidiness of room, we found a liquor bottle in the first room we took.

The swimming pool is a decent size and offers plenty of towels, and there is both a small gym and two saunas. Breakfast offered a great selection of hot and cold items, good coffee, juices, etc etc. Big, bright, clean dining room with plenty of space and a phenomenal view of the Dusseldorf Mast Tower. Friendly, efficient staff.

It was a little further away from where we wanted to be, but that is not the fault of the hotel

the rooms were very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The shower is perhaps the best shower I have had when travelling for work

Bathroom smelled a bit musty, prefer walk in shower instead of bath, rather separate the toilet, light from lamps in room could be brighter.

The AC was impossible to disconnect, always was working and the room temperature was a bit cold. There's not control about the room temperature and this was the worst point in the hotel.

The rooms were big and spacious, and the beds were one of the most confortable we've ever tried. Super quiet in the mornings so we could rest very well.

We missed out on the dinner, as kitchen closed during our check-in at 9.55pm. This is common theme in Germany, however, it is not acceptable in 4* business hotel.

Good hotel for quick stop of the main highway from Netherlands. Easy to find and there is plenty of parking. Nice view of river and greenery, to rest your eyes on. Clean room, bed could be more comfortable, but ok for 1 night sleep.

The Crowne Plaza hotel in Dusseldorf is a very good hotel, with a nice room and good bathroom. The breakfast has many options and we loved the swimming pool. Outside you can stroll alongside the Rhine to have a beautifull walk.

Didn’t like the shower in the bath and no separate shower. Slippery like this. Also breakfast is really expensive at 19 euro each. You can walk to the nearby shopping center and get it much cheaper there. Also parking costs are too high at 22 euro per 24 hrs. Free across the road Sauna was broken and couldn’t be used

Room was really nice because we got a free upgrade to a bigger room. So plenty of space. Also liked the coffee and thee in the room Swimming pool is not huge but fine

Bath taps didnt work and therefore couldnt use the bath or the main shower. Luckily there was an additional hand held shower i managed to use. The TV signal needs looked at as most channels were distorted so couldnt watch TV. Could not cool the Room using the AC so the room was too warm.

We found a sock from and an invoice for the previous guest. A/C dial was not working and hair dryer is too weak for drying long hair

The swimming pool was not open, the spa was not working. It is a 4-star hotel but there is no gym facility. Its is dishearting that you pay so much and what they claim on the internet is not available on site. I really wanted to enjoy the swimming pool and sauna but it was "undermaintaince" Also, when you go there be ready to have some cash. Because its Germany and it was really really horrible for me.

eggs are made by a cook. However, the restaurant smelled terrible during this cooking. Also your clothes. No good extraction system room was extremely hot. Window you can open however, to much noise from the highway. Garage to dark. For a women not comfortable. Parking space outside you must pay. This should be for free. it is located at in a industrial area. Very strange too charge for parking space
