Next time I would ask for a room at the back because at the front you get quite a lot of noise when the tram goes past.

Great location with really friendly staff. The hotel has also produced its own excellent book about Berlin which had really useful info and lots of unusual things you would not get in most guides.

The room was noisy but that was expected as it was above an underground station and next to a tram line. It did not cause any real issues and didn't prevent us from sleeping.

Location was perfect as it was situated next to an underground station and also had plenty of places to eat and pick up essentials within walking distance. I forgot my travel adapter and the reception lent me a spare one which was really appreciated.

I liked everything but would have loved simple breakfast options instead of only "sophisticated" options, and the corresponding prices...

Very nice hotel in a sweet spot (bars, restaurants, shopping, transport) It's been very well thought through and the many little attentions amount to a big impact: you can create your own guide with little cards, the selection of tea and coffee in the room is plenty, there's a free fruit basket in the lobby, the pillow menu, etc etc One other thing that I was really impressed with is the decor. You want to look at everything, touch everything. It's beautiful yet practical and comfy. Also the tone of voice is very friendly and cheeky, so have a giggle or two while reading everything

Apartments on 4th floor are excellent. Double room and twin room. Both very spacious. 2no.toilets, 1 with a really good shower. Fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs. Great location.

The one thing to complain about is the lack of closet room for clothes to hang and putaway nicely.

The hotel's atmosphere and design were in sync, and the staff was topping this off with very helpful and pleasant service and attention.

The location was excellent, lovely modern room, there was also a really nice lounge area in the lobby which included a bar. Lots of restaurants nearby super hip neighbourhood.

The room was quite warm. Wouldn’t want to stay there in the summer months. There were a lot of emergency vehicles with sirens going, so ear plugs were needed as well as having the windows shut. It was a comfortable night though.
