One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it had air conditioning. The weather had been super hot, and my dog is 15 and doesn’t do so well in the heat. The first room was so hot! They quickly moved us without any issue, the second room was a bit better, but no matter how low or what setting we had the air conditioning on it wouldn’t go below 22 in the room. 😣 it was okay, but definitely not the AC I was expecting.

The staff, all of them, were fantastic!!! Friendly, helpful, polite. I felt like I had non-intrusive friends there at the end of the day. They were really fantastic! The outdoor space for relaxing was also so amazing! They kept a lot of shade and with a good breeze it helped with the hot days. Very relaxing too!

I have to complain about the fact that when we booked the room it was written 2 double beds and that’s why we have booked it in the first place but then our reservation was change in the mid way without telling us and we realised late that it was like this and they say that they didn’t have the rooms with the 2 double beds; no solution was offered to us when we asked the hotel and booking.com. I also want to note that the parking is with payment, which is a bit expensive and the hotel is far from everything so you need the car!!

The property is very clean and comfortable, the staff is nice and the bar is open 24/7.

There was no table in the room suitable for writing or using laptop. No electric kettle (though it was provided upon request at the reception). No storage cabinet or anything similar to put things away. One day underground garage was so full that it was problematic to find parking space despite it was paid for upfront.

The hotel is quite OK as a place to have a rest during the business trip when most of the time is spent elsewhere. Especially if the stay does not exceed a few days. WiFi works fine, breakfast is served, hot shower works.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

Parking is very bad. I found only one spot available, and it was very tight and was a charging station. It was very difficult to make the turn to get through the parking lot exit gate. I had to do a 3 point turn to make it through and even then I still managed to hit the curb on both sides. In the process of backing our of the parking space I was in, I hit the right-side building support pillar with my mirror and knocked off the outside plastic cover. Fortunately, no permanent damage. If I go to this hotel again, I certainly will not park underground.

The check-in process was a bit unorganized. The person at the reception should provide more information about the stay and availabile facilities, e.g. we were with a car and had to unload half the passangers to get information about the parking. No parking signs or marks on the street. We weren't given any ticket for the garage, only "you can park whenever you want down there". On the next morning we had to find out the hard way that the barrier worked only with a ticked issued from the reception.

The parking lot is not well planned. And I requested beforehand for our children to have a room next to us, but unfortunately there was no room available 😞

The room rate was great value for money. Close to our venue (Crystal Palace Sindelfingen). Very clean and modern, comfy beds with high quality bedlinen. Elevator. Kaufland nearby (5 Min on foot). Sindelfingen is also a nice town to visit.

Very unprofessional staff, on the day of checkout I had a long drive ahead, and our room cards did not work after the breakfast(well , it happens but...) they could not fix the issue for 1 hour and I had to go 5 times up and down between the reception and the room to be able to take my luggage and leave the room You will be charged for parking your car. If you have an electric car and you want to charge it, instead of charging for the energy, they charge you a fixed price additionally for a very slow charger .

Cute & clean hotel. We just spent a short night on our way to Munich so didn't really focus too much on the hotel but we had no complaints whatsoever. The restaurant was closed by the time we arrived but the bartender offered us pizza and saved us from starvation :)
