We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed our time. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and polite, always ready to help and quick to respond to our needs. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was very good. What stood out the most was how welcoming and nice the staff were, which made our stay even better.

We had x2 fire alarms one night, wasn’t the properties fault but apparently someone had burnt noodles. I guess would’ve been good to have some comms from the hotel with what was going on. Otherwise almost nothing to fault! The showers did flood out into the bathroom a lot. Also when I hung my towels up they still got replaced so would be good to relook at that to help the environment et.

Really lovely place to stay. Casual hotel vibes. Obviously used for lots of students not that that mattered. We had a lovely room, big bed. Air con worked really well which I had read in other reviews that it wasn’t so good. Laundry at the bottom floor which I just booked through an app. A small gym. Super easy check in and out on computers. Super close to main square and train stations etc.

Location of hotel is very convenient for traveling. Near bus stops and major train, metro lines. 30 minutes on foot to Uber arena and overall most popular sites can be reached very easily. Beds are comfortable, rooms design is super nice, friendly staff.

Lack of fridge, although not always necessary helps with longer stays to keep food and drinks cool.

Very roomy, close to train station and city centre (but not noisy!), nice facilities including 24/7 gym, meeting spaces and beer fridge for purchase.

Bed was really hard but it served it's purpose.

We quite enjoyed the location (close to s-bahn and shopping centre), the facilities (photobooth, bar) and the quality for a good price.

Good breakfast! Very clean and nice rooms as well. Centrally located and very close to U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations.

The only thing that I didn’t like was not having the safety lock. I also felt like there wasn’t enough lighting inside the room.

I really like the ambiance, the location of the property was also great. Checking in was also easy and the staff were also very helpful. I was walking distance from the mall and the other places that I wanted to visit. If you like to walk then the location of the hotel wouldn’t matter as much. Across the street had scooters you can ride on to go around the city.

Getting there from Ostbahnhof is a breeze. Getting to Kreuzberg and club venues is even better. You could walk anywhere from the place, easily get there on U/S Bahn. You will also get very good breakfast in the morning and decent place to work if you need to. Ping-pong table is also at your service when you are waiting for someone or something. Good beds, helpful staff and overall very good value!
