    I would say everything exceeded our expectations.

    The place was super nice. All the staff was super frieendly and welcoming. We had a great time there.

    No proper restaurant. I prefer half board or in house restaurant for dinner on foggy cold day.

    Pleasant staff. Hot spring water pool. Spacious room. Fresh orange juice at breakfast.

    The staffs were strange, and kinda unusual. They were carefully watching our breakfast plates and how many times going to the buffet for taking the breakfast dishes. Having breakfast with this condition was really uncomfortable since a couple of pairs of eyes are following us. We are booking our hotels through booking.com, and this platform promoted this Gass hotel, and it was selected by us because it was shown-/recommended by the booking.com, otherwise I would never find this property and would never ask my friends to join us. We found out that the owner has a personal problem with booking.com, and that's why we were not welcome there as the booking.com's guests. No problem, the owner can increase the price in the booking.com, and the guests can decide by themselves. For example, the hotel is not anymore part of the genius deal; however, we have decided to stay there again. Not necessary to be upset on us because we have booked the rooms through the booking.com! Absolutely strange!

    The room was clean and silent. The room service (e.g., cleaning) was good, and the room was cleaned routinely. The bed was good. The indoor pool was also being cleaned time by time.
