No water kettle in bedroom or free complementary drinks (e.g. tea, water, coffee) which I think would have been nice for the price of the room

The elevator seems too old and noisy. Wi-Fi was not good especially around 19:00.

It's expensive for what it is. I didn't eat here, and they chrage for the water in the room which I never like. But very clean and as I had to stay an extra night the room turned out to be a good one

Room had strong smell of cigarette smoke when I first entered. But it went away soon and never encountered problem again.

Although parking is free and there are adequate spots, some guests used two parking stalls for one car. I ended up parking my rental across from the hotel, on the street.

The hotel has been updated and has a modern functional vibe. WiFi is fast. Water pressure in the bathroom is exceptional. The rooms are clean and stocked with all necessary amenities. The carpet is clean, and I mention it only because it has a funky cobblestone pattern. Breakfast was a standard European style buffet with a good variety of delicious food and beverages. We came for the Christmas markets, which were not further than 300M away. U Bahn station is about 500M and S Bahn about 700M. Free parking is available on a first come, first served basis. We rented a car the second day to experience markets in nearby cities.

Light switch for table lights was faulty hence table light couldn't be switched off. We didn't sleep well. Lift was old fashioned and very claustrophobic. I almost couldn't breath in there. Cleanliness could be improved. There was a used(?) lotion bottle on the floor in the bathroom with someone else's hair. There were some stains on the walls.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Impeccable sound proofing (0 noise in room). Room was spacey with comfy beds.

LED strip light over desk could not be turned off at night - had to switch of the main power switch to darken the room.

There's not enough light in the room. Lift was small.

Andre was very friendly and helpful. He helped get us a big taxi to get to the airport, which arrived at the hotel early. Room has lots of space to lay out our big luggage. Plenty of hooks in the toilets and around the room. Bed was comfortable. Sink is for 2 persons to use at the same time.

WifFi needs an upgrade, really too slow. Nothing else.

Very good breakfast, lots of choice. Quiet with closed windows, room nice and clean, spacious enough for one person. Parking space behind the hotel is very convenient, except that they are very narrow. Only disappointing thing is the very slow wifi, this needs improvement. Would recommend however and would book again if I need a stay. Also many restaurants nearby, restaurant 'der fette Bulle' was very good imo.

The bar at the hotel wasn't open due to no staff which was a shame.

All fine except the price. Seemed overpriced to us, but then all of Frankfurt is as well. Location and cleanliness were good. Quiet. Vey basic.
