Basement room, creaky bed, curtain that didn’t close well

The noise from the outside traffic. If I reserved here again I would request a room across the hall i.e. room 204 due to the traffic, noise (all night long) along the street side as it was quite loud. Not the apartment staffs fault, just noisy traffic.

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment with a very easy check in and check out. It was also nice to have a extended Library with items available to purchase at the VB with easy access and you simply took the items and wrote down your room number. A simple honor system. The apartment was ideal for me and pet. however the next visit I would request a room across the hall i.e. room 204 due to the traffic noise (all night long) along the street side as it was quite loud. Not the apartment staffs fault, just noisy traffic.

It was a damp rainy day and our room a little chilly, but we understand the heat and how Germany turns heat on when the temperatures fall below a certain degree! We were fine

Close to family, bakery, Lidl and coffee and so clean.

Absolutely nothing

For the cost this was an amazing little apartment. Super clean, modern and had everything you wanted. Private parking on site. Just a short walk to the town centre.

The entire hotel was hot. That day it was about 25 degrees outside but for some reason it was bloody hot in the house. At night we had 30 degrees in the room whilst it was 14 degrees outside. We closed the window shutters and that was a big mistake because we could not open them the entire night anymore to get some fresh air in. We also couldn’t reach anyone at night anymore. The room 302 was located towards a busier road so you could also hear all the cars (with the window open). We told two staff members about it at the check out and a day later and both had little empathy for it.

The interior was fine! It’s an old house that got renovated.

Hotel room was in lower floor partly below surface. Window was partly obstructed, and not really offering any view. Kitchen equipment was quite limited, cereal bowls were missing for ex. TV screen seemed partly broken. Several bigger spiders in the room / below bed.

Room was well designed but its expensive and poor placed anywhere in the propertt

Rooms are placed bery poorly , I dont know why they built rooms in basement. and you cant even change the floor even if you request

Small room, balcony door with a gap which made the room cold and very noisy as it was facing the main road. Staff knocked at the door for checkout at 10.01. after we got late check out cleaners marched in 10 min later. And again staff was at the door for checkout at 12.55 ( late check out is till 13). never in my life I felt so unwelcome in a hotel. And when I complained about the balcony door I was told that apparently I cancelled, which I didn't. This misunderstanding was due to the fact that the Staff had poor English.

The bottom floor (basement) was not a good location for me. I couldn’t breathe well and had to use my inhaler the entire time I was there. Rooms were not well ventilated and caused me to be uncomfortable.

Location was nice. Close to bakery and grocery store.

After shower water logs on the floor which was bit messy.

Single Room was quiet comfortable and was well organized with Kitchenet and dishware. Helped to prepare required. Daily cleaning room and replacements was good. Location was near to bus stop and is its near to super market as well.

As a minor gripe, I think the shower is to small.
