The pillows in the room is not very comfortable, and only 1 set was provided

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The lady who greeted us at the reception was extremely helpful and provided us with instructions to get to the evening Christmas market. The lady who prepared our breakfast the next morning was equally helpful and friendly, and makes a supreme omelet.

Hotel Villa Falkenberg is well managed with exceptional staff and a delicious breakfast each morning. The location is walking distance from nearby beautiful and historic sites and several minutes from a the train line that provides quick access to the rest of the city. The staff members were easy to communicate with in English or German. Should I have the opportunity to return to Düsseldorf, a check in to Hotel Villa Falkenberg will be my first stop!

Staff was immensely friendly and got out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I arrived late due to flight cancellations and had to leave before breakfast time and they sorted me with food for the night and the morning although the kitchen was closed. The hotel itself is very pretty and has a lovely atmosphere and great location. Absolutely brilliant overall and reduced my Stress from all the travel and flight cancellation issues:)

The pillows and the bed was very soft for me. Only a minor complaint.

Really nice hotel in a great location close to the river. The breakfast is fantastic and the room was clean and adequate. They also provided a crib for my child which was nice as I only booked the hotel a couple hours prior and added that as a request.

The hotel is located in the beautiful Kaiserswerth area and has it’s own gorgeous garden. We enjoyed a delicious candlelight breakfast in the dining room decorated with white tablecloths and flowers on all the tables. You can tell that someone really cares about the hotel and especially it’s guests! Highly recommended:-)

Walls were a bit thin, but room was so comfortable we still had a great night‘s sleep!

Charm and comfort beyond compare. Will definitely stay again and have already recommended to friends. The staff is unmatched in their kindness and professionalism. Perfect location as being within walking distance to Florence-Nightingale Hospital was important for this trip.

The parking lot was a little small.

Very clean. A feeling of luxury. Just behind it is the Rein river and a very beautiful green valley. Breakfast, although not very fancy, was beautifully arranged. You can also have scrambled or fried eggs. Beautiful garden.
