The shower door leaked. Although it didn't bother me to much it must have been a burden on cleaning staff as they had to deal with wet floor matts.

Very friendly efficient staff. Ready to accommodate where possible. I arrived very early and I could just wait a few minutes while the cleaning staff would redirect resource to give my room priority.

Without navigator, difficult to find. No public traffic nearby. For me this was not an issue.

Small friendly hotel, run by a family. Nice and clean room, good bed, breakfast was okay and a very polite and helpful staff.

The wifi should be better at a hotel such as this, we did not speak German so we like to watch movies on the computer but when we were given codes to unlock the wifi it would only work for about 25 min of the show and then say the data had run out. The hotel staff was happy to give us more codes but seems strange to still be using limited internet like that when the rest of the hotel is modernly renovated.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with telling us about the area. The hotel has a modern feel to it in the rooms and bathrooms which were very clean. It was easy to get around using the bus and local trains.

The hotel is situated in the outskirt of Munich, to go to the central train station you’ll need to take 45mins bus and underground. Not ideal for those who don’t have cars.

Management friendly enough but not really personable... Still nice hotel if you would like to be out of munchen

Comfortable room in smaller hotel... Out of central Munchen ... nice neighborhood. Great breakfast!

Don't get me wrong. The hotel was located in a really good and calm neighborhood, away from noise. However, it tooks us 30-40min to get to Theresienwiese (or Munich Downtown) by bus or 20min by taxi (around 22€). If you have a car, it is a very good deal, but when using public transport you might explore other options.

The neighborhood was really calmed and with no noise. Also the furniture was modern and nice. Breakfast buffet for 8€ was good.

The pillows were terrible - only one and it had no cushion. Did not sleep well but then I didn't ask for another pillow..

We were there for Oktoberfest so it was the most affordable we could find. Location is a bit out of town but easy to get to via S bahn. It has an awesome traditional bistro 2 doors down which served amazing schnitzel! Breakfast at the hotel also decent.

Was a little bit of a treck to the city center. There is a bus 3 blocks away, but the train which runs more frequently and late night is a little over a mile.

Staff very nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was very affordable during the week of Oktoberfest.

The weather was uncharacteristically hot and the room was a bit warm upon checkin. But after sun went down cooled off nicely! Not the fault of the hotel.

Location is in a quiet hamlet away from the bustle of Munich. Close enough to the airport though. Great parking. Good breakfast. Lovely decor!

The room was amazing, exactly like on the image. A lot more spacious than what you'd expect fot a single room. Everything was very clean and the staff were very nice and helpfull. There's also a good restaurant 50m away with beer garden.
