Parts of fixtures held together with masking tape (toilet covering for flush mechanism) or cable ties (shower head) before 6am it’s quiet but as soon as the airport opens it’s loudish. Towels are like cardboard… not very nice. I found pillow stuffing “clumpy”. These were the only negative things. Rest was fine. My wife said breakfast was ok. I didn’t have breakfast as I had already left at 4am. Parking in front was a big plus.

There was a little bit less light in my room. For office work a little bit dark, specially in the evening.

The property was nice, clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The offered a phantastic breakfast with various types of healthy and tasty food. I like the privat atmosphere in this sweet Villa. I will come back!

There was no elevator , our room was not made the last day , and there was a major leak in the bathroom . The shower ceiling was slanted so it was quite uncomfortable taking a shower bending . The carpet on the floor is not very hygienic. The blankets were very small so it was quite uncomfortable .

The hotel was greatly located according to our needs , it’s a cute place nicely decorated . Friendly owner .

Our room had a balcony, and we were excited about it, however it had standing water on it throughout our stay, despite asking for it to be cleaned off, so it wasn't usable.

A great place to enjoy Kaiserswerth and Düsseldorf.

Cute hotel, quiet and clean. Lovely breakfast served by the charming owner. Public transport nearby, a bus right in front of the hotel and a tram stop 5 minutes way on foot; both will take you to the center of Düsseldorf in about 20 minutes.

The rooms were well equipped for our family. The pillows were a bit lumpy and it took awhile to get comfortable.

The breakfast was delicious. Our room was a wee bit noisy because we were hot at night so had to open the windows to let in the cool air and heard a bit of noise from the street.

The price. I know that during a fair all the prices increase but it was too much.

Expensive due to the fair being in town. Doors are thin, so noisy when other guests arrived in the hall. Bath a bit dated, but clean.

The bathroom was dated and the shower wasn't in its best condition anymore. Usable but would need a little bit of an upgrade. The room's door wasn't able to lock inside. Pillows, blankets and beddings were incoherent and didn't match the thought of general hotel standard.

The breakfast was excellent and the service was personal. Gluten-free breakfast worked out well and I felt that they really did their best to serve me a safe gluten-free breakfast. The location of the hotel is good. The U-bahn station is very close and the travel time to the city centre is suitable. The staff was very nice and helpful and let us patiently practice our german language.
