Being a bit picky our room was a little dark but the furnishings and fittings and ambience in general made up for it.

Superb quality accommodation in a tiny town within a rural setting, featuring family owned and operated wineries and vineyards. Few people live here. You need a car with a GPS to find your accommodation but the journey is well worth taking. If you like peace and quiet this is the retreat for you.

The beds were a little hard.

Very convenient location from the motorway and the town nearby, which is a 3 minutes walk from the hotel, is definitely worth a visit. A very interesting wine district as well. All in all a very positive experience.

The room is located at the top floor where also the breakfast room is situated. Be prepared to be woken when the first guests arrive for breakfast, which is quite possibly earlier than you set your alarm clock...

We had the Pop Art room, and it certainly lived up to its name, due to the meticulous late 60s, early 70s styling. The B&B is just outside the historic centre of Sulzfeld am Main en is a good base for exploring the vineyards and surrounding villages.

I had the "tropics" room (Tropen), the bed frame is made out of bamboo trunk, raising from the bed by seating on the cold trunk frame wasn't thrilling. But I survived it.

Free, fast wifi Friendly, helpful staff Quiet location Good breakfast

Rooms are very "designed" (see photos as you book) to a degree that comfort suffers slightly.

Very welcoming staff, fine breakfast. Great location just outside the city walls of the most charming of the Franconian wine villages (we visited seven villages in total). Also very close to A7 - we will use it as a relaxing stop-over if we come by another time.

Perfect location within walking distance to old town of Sulzfeld. Clean, modern facility. Great breakfast including eggs to order. Hotel is also part of a winery with an excellent selection of local wines.

    I could have stayed longer.

Absolutely everything. It was outstanding. If I have business within 50km requiring an overnight stay, I would try to stay here.

A little noisey. Guess because there was no carpet on the floor and hallway was made of stone

Staff was great, Breakfast was great, Wifi perfect, taken care of all details.

Too many steps. Right across the street from the village equipment yard (but no work before 8.00 a.m.). Limited choices on breakfast buffet, but quality was excellent, and was refilled without request. Does not accept American Express cards.

Spotless and interesting room decor (each room has its theme; the single is AFRICA. Breakfast room on the second floor is simple and clean, and there was no annoying television or loud radio. Setting in a small village was very quiet and tranquil. Free parking right in front of hotel--don't feed the hotel's parking meters! They are only for show.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is quaint and peaceful. I love that each room is a different theme and tastefully decorated. They see to just about every comfort. I've already told several friends they must stay they when they go visit the area.
