It's a cozy place. A mix of romantic and modern way of hosting. The stuff at the breakfast were beautiful and friendly.

Okish option near Berlin. Hard to rate the staff since I didn't meet anyone - it's a self-checking hotel. The self checking experience was complicated: first (2 weeks before) they confirmed I can have an early check-in, 2 days before I asked again and suddenly it was not possible, even better - I had to wait for my room after the check-in time (15 minutes). Hotel had a good location for my purpose - triathlon in a city 10km away. If you wanna use it for Berlin, it's not the best location. Comfort was ok, room was older but nice. Price was higher but this is Berlin (area). The area is nice.

The room (15) was quite run-down. The shower was super moldy in the corners (really disgusting), and the screens in the shower door were broken. The shower height is not adjustable and is 1.80m, which makes it impossible for a 1.60m tall person to shower without getting their hair wet. The lights in the rooms are rather dark; the bulbs don't have enough lumens. Contrary to every hotel I know (and I am constantly travelling for work), you have to ask specifically to get your room cleaned. I don't need fresh towels daily, but emptying the bin every 2 days or so can't be too much of an ask. After 4 days I contacted the staff, complaining that no one was in the room for cleaning. The answer I got is that I have to put the "please clean my room" tag on the door. Apparently, they changed this two months ago, and cleaning is only upon request. It would have been good to inform the guests about the policy. Needless to say, even after doing that, neither my room nor the trash bins were cleaned.

this is a reception-free hotel. Online check-in worked well and seamlessly, and the rate would have also been acceptable if the room and especially the bathroom, hadn't been run down the way they were. The floors were nicely renovated, and the staff was reachable over the phone in case of questions.

I stayed here a few months ago and enjoyed it. Breakfast was offered, too. This time, there was a snowstorm, and the heat in the room did not work effectively. The room remained cold the entire evening. I notified the staff in the morning and discovered that breakfast was no longer offered. I don't know if this is because of winter and low occupancy.

I dont recomend this hotel. Completely old, unrenovated for ages, disaster. It should be banned to live in. When I arrived at hotel, there was noone at reception and hotel had only self-check in. So no workers at all during all time of stay. I think this should be described before I book the hotel as it means noone can help me if I need any kind of assistance quick. But OK. Than I was given entry card to the room by self-check in machine - room 203. I walked to the room and it was completely undone, I mean not dirty, but really undone with towels on the floor with dirty bed and etc (I have photos). I wrote an email to company and they said that they have full booking and room will not be ready in time. I am not sure it is my problem that you have full booking, because I needed to work as I had meeting in Berlin. After waiting till 17:00 oclock room was till NOT ready. I cancelled my meetings...after several angry calls I finally made things work and was given other room (really full booking?), but it completely ruined my day. I want refund. I wrote about it to hotel as well, but they dont care and dont answer my emails from last week.

The room was a no smoking room but smelt very strongly of stale cigarettes. It was also very cold with no heating available. The carpet was badly stained and the towels didn’t dry during the day and weren’t changed in three days. When I called and emailed to report the strong stale cigarette smell, so I could perhaps change rooms I received no response.

The complementary breakfast was adequate.

We was very disapointed because nobody cleaned our room 3 days, how long we was in hotel. Nobody changed our towels 3 days. Check in was very difficult. At the end we did not have success with hotels check in system. We must call roaming number to solve problem of check in.

There was no shower gel or shampoo.

A lovely a really quiet place. Yet, if one needs some groceries, a few shops are no more than a 5 minutes walk down the same street. We enjoyed breakfast- kids did as well and this means a lot, you know :) It was not exactly 5 star hotel variety, yet a decent alternative if one wants to have a good first meal of the day. Also parking was very good and spacious.
