Aircon doesn’t work, loud on street so struggles to choose to open or shut window

The furnitures and the settings of the room was like in a style from the 30th of the 20th century. Not even a normal iron board.

The staff was very nice and provided everything I wanted.

Construction work in the mornings but we knew this when booking. Just to make others aware. But overall we enjoyed it.

Hotel is a very good price for Munich. Near to the station and surrounded by shops and places to eat and drink. Shower is excellent. 10 minute walk to old town.

The only problem is that there aren't thick curtains in the rooms. The decorative curtains don't completely cover the windows. There are only sheer curtains. Because of this, you wake up early in the morning with the sunlight. And you have to use the bathroom to change your clothes at night.

The hotel's location is excellent. Marktplatz is within walking distance, and public transport is very close. It offers great value for money.

Good location, close to all amenities like shopping and transport links in a quiet street. Good value for money.

It was so loud outside as there was a contstruction ongoing in the block of the hotel. Also, late at night or around 1am you would hear the crowd from the Club across the street- like shouting and just the usual crowd from a party/ club. The sound of the cars are heard loudly as well. Tried closing the windows but closing them makes the room warm. The AC was not working on our 3rd night so we had to keep the windows open instead just to cool the room. Noticed that the floor is dusty-under the bed and under the table. The main light in the room is too dim as well.

Stayed in a 3 bed bedroom. The hotel is located near the subway in the city center so it is very accessible. It is also surrounded with fastfoods and restaurants. Shampoo/body wash available. Towels are available. There's a mini fridge, and an electric kettle. The toilet/ bathroom is great. It's well kept and clean. They provided plastic cups in the toilet. There's a tub and shower. Water heating works well. The staff tho are very friendly accomodating. They have a lift that works on and off. 😅 You can leave you luggage before checking in and even after checkinh out ( at your own risk) it is not locked away but nothing was lost when we ledt our stuff (just brought our valuables with us).

So noisy can not sleep at morning , from 7:30 start building 🏗️ works near , and if you book Monday - Friday must be ready for building noise from 7:30 till 18:30 . Near building works already 2 years can not finish still construction 🏗️ Also at night bar near noise and road 🛣️

The kettle doesn’t have I have to contact at receptionist counter to take them the entrance door do small and the elevator is old

The system of picking up keys/dropping them off with each entrance was strange to me as they did not check my ID before entering. Made me feel like my possessions were maybe vulnerable. Also, the breakfast is waaay too expensive considering the wealth of bakeries and restos in the area.

The room was exactly as advertised, pretty affordable rate for such a central location. Bed was comfy, inclusion of a balcony was a nice touch.

The lift was broken, my mom and I go stuck and wasn’t fixed, there was a coffee machine but no milk or coffee, just sugar. There was no hot water on the shower

When I first arrived I was received by a rude sir that barely spoke english. Besides that time, reception staff was nice. The street isn’t the safest. Elevator isn’t always working.

Heating was very high and you could not control it from your room.

Staff members were so lovely ! The location of the hotel is great for who’s travelling to/from the airport for a very short stay as it is located near the main train station. And then Munich center is easily accessible by foot.

Reception desk assistance to check in (previous hotel I was locked out and no staff, just a computerised system which didn't work). Room fine for one night and hotel convenient to railway station. Breakfast was very nice and staff attentive.
