the staff is hardly speaking/understanding any other language apart of German. the room was ok with a balcony on the main street but the bathroom was very narrow as it was improvised from the room itself. replacement of bath accessories was deficient.

location, including parking(paid) & furniture and old objects mainly in common areas. in the same areas the cleanliness was perfect. the breakfast was ok for a German one.

For 4* Star hotel not to have air con is not really acceptable. Too hot with closed windows and had to open windows to get air. Bub noise very late . No sleep.

    Breakfast outstanding! Location excellent!

Directions to the hotel, which is on a pedestrian precinct and difficult to access by car.

Our suite was very spacious and had a lovely patio. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and made us feel very welcome.

The hotel was comfortable, well situated to walk from it to the Altstadt, provided a good breakfast, and was more "German" and charming than a chain hotel. The price was appropriate, too.

Very tiny parking place with limited number of parking lots.

Hotel is nicely located on quiet street very close to Trinkhalle so we haden´t any problem to get there anytime. Very nice and helpful staff.

There aren't many parking spots directly at the hotel. Having said this, you can drive directly to the Hotel entrance to (un)load your car, and if the hotel carpark should be full you shouldn't have trouble to find parking a few minutes walk away.

Delightful old world charm without being "stuffy". Beautiful comfortable beds, nice quality breakfast. The hotel is located directly next to the Kurpark, literally just a few minutes walk away from most of the parks facilities.

In the room one could hear other doors being shut and people walking and talking in the corridor.

The room was comfortable and very spacious and the breakfast very good.

Difficulties with communication in english. Girl at the reseption didn't managed to explain what does Guest card means. We had to pay for it, but found out what it is after our stay. Too pity. Parking space is too narrow.

Really cosy hotel. Good breakfast. Great location.

The bathroom had a cramped layout. The parking was a little confusing. We were told to park anywhere in the lot but then late that night we were told to change the direction our car was facing.

Beautiful inside - old world charm. The room was big with a comfortable bed. Lovely little balcony. Right near the river and gardens.

Communication difficult at times for international visitors. This is not an international area of Germany. Brush up on your German and carry your smartphone translator.

Great location. Easy walk from train station. Very close to concert hall and rose garden. Elegant interior.

We stayed at appartment No1 that is very spacious with two bedrooms, open plan kitchen - sitting room, patio and two balconies, abatroom and toilet. The hotel is located at the very centre of Bad Kissingen, 2 min walk to the Medical Centre and famous mineral water. The reception shuts at around 6PM, but there is an emergency number to call if you need to get in touch with them. We didnt order breakfast, made our own instead, so we can't comment on that. Some people are disappoited with the furnishing at the apprtment, but we loved it - it is a period furniture feels like 1930s. We would definitely stay at Weiss House again.

Parking was a bit to tight, hard to drive-in/out when other cars are on yard.
