Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ColombiaI guess as a campsite it's not bad but for regular travellers not having where to easily charge your phone it's complicated
They are very well organized for such amount of guests

ItalyI am quite disappointed regard the deposit, it's not written that you were supposed to leave a deposit for each item you take, even a small pillow (20x20cm) ask 20€ of deposit (after you already gave the one for the tent and the mattres (even this not written)), c'mon! You have to withdraw from the cash machine in the camp that apply a huge commission fee (5 euro for my bank) . The camp facilities were ok, except for toilet sinks that were broken and the water has created a lake of mud in the toilet zone, not great to see.. anyway I stayed here also in 2019 and the tent were managed by another company (gp-tents), and it was way better! The tents now are smaller and too close one to the other. I can just suggest to be more clear regard the deposits specially when someone also write to you for information! Thanks
The camp is in a good position, about 5 minutes to the train station to reach the center. Also have the bar and the minimarket are good.

SerbiaThey never mentioned that you need to turn in a 20€ deposit for every item you rent at the check in. For example, if you take 2 airbads and 2 pillows you need to put it 80€ deposit for the items plus 60€ deposit for the tent (140€ total); which is quite a lot of money compared to the reasonable price of those individual items. Every second toilette is not cleaned often enough and has stains all over it which are disgusting to see. When the showers are all being used, there is not enough warm water for everyone and you are left showering with freezing cold water.
This camp is the best place if you want the full Oktoberfest experience. The main bar is the place where new friendships come to life, where people share both laughs and tears; You can't have that in a hotel. The shower in the morning is exceptional, water was always steaming hot and pleasant, except on the Saturday when a lot of people arrived and used up all of the hot water. Our tents had enough space for 3 adults to be comfortable even with the airbeds inside. The water doesn't go into the tent even during the rain days. With a sleeping bag it's very warm inside, so we didn't have any trouble sleeping. The staff is super nice and always ready to help you with any problem or question at any time of day. The beer in the bar is cheaper than in the festival and they serve food until they close at 2 AM; which is amazing for late night arrivers. When compared to prices in the city the food is delicious and affordable.

IrelandEverything...the tent is not insulated. It has no layers. The sleeping bag which you have to buy not rent is 18 Euros per bag is very thin. Germany being a cold country they provide bags like that. It is terrible. I didn't had good sleep because I was so cold.
I liked the place for beers and fun DJ. Nice Oktoberfest environment.

GermanyNo bed in the tent. No basic amenities in the tent. Everything is to be paid extra. Also, they advertise for “washed and used” pillows, blanket, bed sack but none was available. Everything has to bought there new. A night for 70€ and additional costs of 40€ is unacceptable.

BrazilStaff. The Wies Camp uses volunteers, and it seen there is no trainings. Staff was completely lost. Dind´t know what to do. And worst. It was during Oktoberfest, major event in town, there was 1, just one staff to handle with all the check in and functions related. Also the structure. If it had rained, It would be a nightmare. There would only be mud in the camp
The Breakfest was delicious. This was the good part. Also a minimarket which is very usefull.
