We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IsraelI'm disappointed from 2 things: 1) I expect and used to even in inferior hotels to find at breakfast a table for dietary restriction - gluten-free breads, cereals and sweets, and lactose-free yogurts and spreads. Here there was NOTHING, and when they said "we'll order for you soy-based yogurt for tomorrow" they did not. This is simply unacceptable at this level of accommodation. 2) The thermal pool is not very thermal and has no jets of any kind.

United StatesI feel that directions to the parking garage entrance should be provided in the welcome email. I had to drive around the block a few times before I saw the sign. There was no coffee or tea service in the room and had to be requested separately. Breakfast was a poor value- expensive and sparse. They also allow cigar smoking inside right next to the main door. Some folks probably love it but my weak lungs were not a fan.
First- I loved that the property had its own parking garage. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and the on site restaurant had a fabulous dinner. The pool area was beautiful and the saunas were convenient.

IraqI made a reservation for 8 days, my plan changed due to some unexpected changes so I asked them to change the reservation to 5 days, and then I talked to the reception they told me to write an email for booking.com’s customer service and when I did so, they responded to me and said that they don’t mind any changes, then I told the reception but they kept saying that I should contact booking.com, at the end the reception told me they will talk to their manager I waited and there was mo response. And the hotel is not worth the money which I gave .

GermanyWhat I was missing is the "eye for details" wich is difficult to maintain for hotels, I am aware of that. E.g. the bottom windows in the rooftop area missed cleaning - that much that it is hard to look through them, dust in the Sauna area on the "no phone-sign", public showers and toilets partially "out of service" and the room service software crashed a few times in the ordering process to name just a few and I didn't really started to pay attention, just wanted to enjoy the stay. This influenced my experience what leads to a reduced rating.
Well qualified service staff, the rooms have apartment character with its own doorbell, additional infrared bathroom heating and the usual comforts. The rooftop pool is amazing with it's view and comfortable sunbathing area, the sauna (on additional 15€ fee) does it's job (60°&90°C + plunge pool) Breakfast in the Orangerie is probably the best quality and service one can get in Wiesbaden 😍

United StatesThe only thing we didn't like was that smoking was allowed in the bar. Some evenings, you could smell the smoke in the downstairs lobby to the point that it was unpleasant to sit and have a drink.
The location is great, very close to shops and restaurants, so we were able to walk everywhere. We soaked in the wonderful thermal spa every day and enjoyed the spa services. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
