Very cold! We turned on the heating but it never became warm and the radiators were completely cold in the night. Unpleasant surprise especially with the sick child. Just a few kitchen supplies available despite the stove.

The lady in the restaurant was very nice and helpful. Kids liked the rabbits in the yard.

No staff around, no bar or restaurant or Shop even near, allthough Booking-site said there will be. Hotel totaalisesti in the middle of nowhere.

Hotel was very good with telling us how to check in, providing clear instructions, however the staff member the following morning was demanding us for the payment for the pet policy but their card machine wasn't working. They had games room but that was closed. There were people talking very loudly until 11pm each night, Beds were comfy. WiFi didn't work anywhere on site, TV had no channels available. Parking was easy.

Check-in was a bit difficult, we had to call their number to do so since noone was at work (at 19:00), but we couldn't really communicate with them since they only spoke German. The room was a bit messy, we had to find a way to power the TV, the fridge and so on. Bathroom wasn't inside our room, so we had to leave our room to use it. We were also rushed out earlier than what the checkout time written here in booking.com as well as in the reception.

The room had a nice size, and no complaints about the beds either. There's a little game room, with things like 8-ball, and outside there's a playground. It's situated somewhat close to Soltau, about a.10 minute drive.

Tiny bathroom, could hardly move in it. Noisy kids screaming around from 6am with no one trying to intervene. More like a kindergarten than a hotel. Staff was quite rude, knocking on door just after 10, asking for payment and for us to leave. They got different check out times than it says on booking.com.

I expected that there would be someone at the reception and that the arrangement of the rooms would be ready. I waited more than half an hour until I got other rooms because one of the reserved rooms was not clean.

The property has supposedly 24h reception. What I did not expect is that the receptionist was only present via phone. I was lucky enough to be able to reach someone by phone (friendly at least), others stood and waited long without being able to do their check-in/check-out.

Convenient spot, easy to find, was good for a one night stay.

this time the apartment was smaller for bigger money, but was ok for us for one night stay. the playground for kids is good but some repair work is needed for some of the items…

we stayed here not the first time. location is very comfortable when you travel from north to south after the evening arrival with the ferry. late checkin is possible and is easy. replies were quick. comfortable bed and big double layer bed for kids - they loved it. fridge in the room was very handy to have. pet friendly. no problem with parking. big bathroom was comfortable. offered breakfast, it wasn’t something very special but was good, could be a bit more variety of food offers. the apartment was clean although some repair work will be good to do. there is a playground for kids

I had a wonderful stay at Wolterdinger Hof. The conditions were very comfortable, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well-organized.
