Location and the very helpful staff, it has a securish car park and they didnt charge us to park our motorcycles there. It has a lock up garage that you can pre book. It has a restaurant / bar next door as well as an ice cream cafe. Stunning view of beautiful but overly noisy church

We were a bit disappointed by the quality of the breakfast: there is a big choice, but we found it not very tasty. I think they go for cheap products, whereas I would appreciate less choice and quality products, especially in a countryside region. Also the woman serving breakfast was the only staff in the hotel that was not very friendly.

We liked the location in the middle of Prüm and the style of the hotel: feels like a very old, classic building but with all modern amenities. The room was very spacious and we enjoyed some good time in the spa.

The continental quilt on the bed needed to be replaced - the central area lacked stuffing so was lacking warmth.

Central location on the main town square. Very easy to find the hotel, although car park was slightly tucked away around a corner.. Modern room, excellent walk in shower and high hygiene standards. Good selection for continetal breakfast

the breakfast wasn’t very enjoyable. far too many tables in a small room next to each other and lots of people. also the sauna wasn’t working while we were there.

No lift. No restaurant although there were 2 in close proximity however Ruetag must be taken into consideration when booking. Fortunately both restaurant and pub were open on Monday. Breakfast was sufficient although sausages and scrambled eggs could have been warmer.

Central location, parking on site, room very comfortable and clean, we were allocated a quiet room which was appreciated.

It is an old building, so built not too spacious. F.i. the lobby is very small, so when checking in or out, with people carrying (heavy) luggage, could be "crowdy".....

Nice hotel in the hart of the city center, opposite the Prum cathedral, with plenty of parking around. The hotel offers the functionality of offering a room, nothing else, so no lounge area or bar. Rooms are good, breakfast good although (depending upon occupancy) finding a table to eat can sometimes be a challenge.....

Breakfast is fine, complete but nothing special. On Sunday at 9 am the breakfast room was packed with people and many items were not refilled in time as the 2 staff couldn't keep up with the number of guests arriving for breakfast. I scraped the last sides of both yogurt containers, eggs were used up, had to request spoons, the Cappuccino machine was out of milk, and no one came to ask if we wanted coffee or tea. Based on reservation data, the hotel should be better prepared to ensure they have enough capacity to meet the demand. I would suggest staggering the guests at different times on busy weekend mornings.

Great central location across the main square of the Abbey. Friendly staff, nice modern rooms and bathrooms. My double bed room had a nice view of the Abbey. On weekends there can be a bit of traffic noise, but the windows are well insulated and I slept great.

I never before have answered 'nothing' at this question, but this time I really cannot imagine something. Maybe one thing: warm and crispy breadrolls, in stead of bread-rolls which are just fresh....

The hotel has very nice recently refurbished rooms, with a perfect bed, a splendid bathroom and a super clean and shiny breakfast. In addition, coffee and tea were available 24/24 and guests can help themselves with beer and water from a refrigerator in a common room were guests can socialize. The hotel has no restaurant of its own, but only one street-crossing is needed to find a very nice and friendly pricing restaurant 'Zur alten Abtei'. In the weekends, making a reservation is necessary.

Nothing really

The hotel is in an excellent location facing a beautiful church. Just outside the hotel is an Ice Cream cafe serving amazing Ice Cream, there is a bar next door where we had a great meal. There is also a superb Imbiss across the road serving great value food. Secure car park around the back with a secure but small garage for several motorcycles Superb breakfast and delicious coffee

Perfect location right in the centre of Prüm. Ideal stop-over on our trip, with excellent restaurant and bar, plus plenty to see on an evening walk around the town.
