“House is very well located. It is close to Rodby port in quiet street. Few steps from the doors you find bakery and several restaurants. I can recommend Thai Smile and Lazio Pizza. Nearest beach is approx. 10 min. walk. Very fine is well equipped kitchen and living room.”
“Already when opening the front door we came to a disgusting smell of mold and cigarette smoke from the hallway. The apartment is on the first floor. The key was as promised in a safe deposit with number code. A reception, as in the description of the landlord does not exist! Since it was already pitch dark we searched for opening the door after a light switch. But there was just as little as a ceiling lamp in the living room or bedroom. Only a few cables hang here from the ceilings. But then we found with the help of our flashlights in various corners of the apartment floor lamps. The first impression was very sobering. Although everything was there what you need, but ultimately turned out to be ragtag furniture from household resolutions, roof storage or bulky waste. Nothing fits together, everything cheap, obsolete, rotten. Had we had another alternative we would have left immediately.
The walls, although newly painted in white, but without first repairing any damage to masonry or wallpaper. Remains of the paintwork are still abundant on the sanded floorboards. The floor lamps, each different and partly rusty. The TV, as small as a computer screen. Each program change takes forever until the picture is back. There are about ten Danish channels offered. Not a single other language transmitter. No WLAN. Also the side table, cheap goods. On the walls A4-sized pictures attached with stimulation. All flowers rotten plastic goods. The bed was OK. Clean towels were also available.
The bathroom is outside the apartment and can only be reached via the smelly staircase. There is no ventilation of the bathroom except over the staircase. The "bathroom sink" is a hand basin. After all, there is a mirror. The shower is lined all around with linoleum - no tiles. The supply lines are pencil-thick. The jet of water on the shower or washbasin is correspondingly thin.
The kitchen has, except for a microwave, everything you need, but also here, everything scraped together.”
