The fact that even as a guest to the hotel you need to pay extra for the spa facilities. The room was a bit small, felt hot.

Nice design, a lot of small nice details and compliments that made up for the things we didn’t like Nice and clean spa facilities (i like that everything is in one level not like in the Manon les suites where you have the pool down and saunas on the roof. The breakfast was also good The staff was also very sweet. The common areas in building 2 didn’t feel like 4* (but there was a note they are updating now) but the experience the staff and the compliments create the atmosphere

Fun hotel with interesting Bali-style decor located conveniently by the main train station. The room was spacious, comfortable and homely. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The spa was very enjoyable too (you pay for this separately)

A bit expensive.

Friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean room, lots of power outlets. The bed was very comfortable and easily my favourite part of the experience. The hotel is extremely close to the main station.

We stayed in a standard room and it’s petty small. There’s no fridge which is kind of annoying and the shower is pretty bad.

The spa area is awesome, steam room is one of the best I’ve been in and it includes coffee body scrub and a mud mask which is a nice perk. The rooms also have shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and body oil which is handy

We didn't know ahead of booking that the spa was at an extra cost. It's around £45pp to use the spa which we thought was quite expensive and since we only stayed for 2 nights we decided to not use it and make use of the time in the City.

The room was very spacious and clean - with both a shower and a tub. Really good complimentary toiletries in the room. The hotel as a whole was beautiful and had a lovely vibe.

The bed was very small, I didn’t sleep very well. There was also some noise. Lots of light coming in the morning.

It was very closed to central station which was really nice and convenient. The lobby was really nice. It’s a cool boutique style hotel. The receptionist was kind. The bathroom was good and the bed duvets as well.

The bed was quite soft and uncomfortable. Woke up with back pain everyday. There was no hot water in the sink (for ecology reasons I believe considering the whole hotel motto) which was quite an inconvenience. The room did not get cleaned while we were out until we asked for it (even though we put the sign out the door for that purpose). There was a general frugality when it comes to amenities, which were never renewed (nor fully provided unless we asked for like slippers). In general, many things were missing that one could expect for such a price from a hotel.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, we were in building 2 on the top floor and you could hear noise from the street with people screaming and shouting until 4am. The rooms were very hot!

This property is a great location! I love how quirky it is, the decor was great, the toiletries provided were excellent, it’s not something I am usually bothered about but their toiletries were really amazing. Staff were friendly!

Water splashed the toilets when having a shower. Would be nice to have real cups instead of papercups in the room, and have 2 herbal tea bags when 2 in the room 🙂

The room size could have been bigger! The 4 poster bed in a small room made it feel smaller too.

The decor was lovely in this hotel and the bed was comfy. All the facilities were great too- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body moisturiser all included.
