Nothing! Everything was as expected.

We got a room upgrade so we stayed in a bigger room than the one we were expecting. Everything was great, it was super cozy, the bed was really comfortable and we had a great view. The staff was super friendly as well. You can tell they think of every detail to make your stay fabulous.

Toilet was a touch cramped but didn't bother me much.

The extra bed was made on the couch, which in itself is not a problem, but the wood was very squeeky. We were staying in the suite for five days and ended putting the mattress on the floor for our kid so we wouldn't wake up with the noise. Also no room service and the bad placement of the tv was something we were noticing, but to be honestly we loved our stay and didn't mind too much.

For us, the suite was a home away from home. The hotel was impeccable and the rooms are cosy and personal. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, the beds and showers very good and breakfast very good. We can definitely recommend this hotel.

The room wasn’t very warm (and I generally am not a person who likes it too warm) but there was an electric heater available.

Beautiful location. Little bit old but very well-kept hotel in a calm, yet not too distant area. I was pleasantly surprised by the abundance of amenities and toiletries. While the room and bathroom weren’t overly spacious, they were sufficient for a short stay. Overall, nice and comfy place.

There’s a problem with the steps in the entrance hall. The top one is black followed by two white ones You can easily miss the top step and find yourself making a dramatic entrance into the reception! I didn’t do this myself but I observed it happening. Simple to sort

It was surprising that the sauna wasn't included in the price. A friendly and nice hotel.

We had a small suite with a double bed in an alcove attached to a sitting room ( with a sofa-bed and with a dining table and 4 chairs. There was a traditional ensuite bathroom and fridge. The room had a bay window with views over a road junction, attractive other buildings and a park area.. There was a sauna and steam room on the roof, accessed from discussion with reception.. A stylish hotel with character , friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere.A restaurant on the ground floor with a tabled area with sand on the floor - a beach theme, alongside a bar. Friendly staff. About 10-15 minutes walk to the Royal palace with parading soldiers in traditional uniforms, the Mermaid and the square with Advent Market and shopping area. Safe feeling residential (smart houses and flats).A well stocked pleasant corner shop and trendy patisserie and coffee shop over the road, provided food and drink ( alcoholic and otherwise) and useful for cheaper breakfasts , meals or snacks. Tube stop , cathedral , Opera House with a waterway, and The Design Museum were within 5-10 minutes away on foot. Perfectly placed for the sites

Nothing, really. Some TV channels do not work 😉. But if that is the biggest issue, I believe it is very perfect!
